Catholic Charities Neighborhood Servs – Brooklyn Detox and Rehab Services

Catholic Charities Neighborhood Servs – Brooklyn is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Catholic Charities Neighborhood Servs – Brooklyn Address, Location and Contact Information

1623 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11210 is the address held. This address falls in Kings County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Reprehensible place . The psychiatrist there actually made a comment on my physical appearance and laughed at me and when I left crying to the "counselor " there in which she made me feel like I was the problem. They… were very condescending to people. I think when you go for help for drugs/trauma these types of places make worse. They're not trained properly or educated. Their system is outdated and they use confrontational therapy which doesn't work at all. That's why I'm sticking w DBT and somatic therapy . Just because you have a experience w drugs doesn't make you empathetic or qualified to do this job. It seems Luke they're hiring people off the streets. Its takes extensive training and certain qualities that they don't have

My child has been going here for a few years now and has had to switch therapists a few times due to people leaving the office. However her last two and her very first therapists were all amazing people and super helpful

Went to this location and was highly disappointed. I was given the referral to check this place out and was unable to get any help. I was dismissed as if seeking help is not enough after going through a traumatic… experience as of recent.

I went to catholic charities walk in to get a mental health assessment. I was quickly dismissed without even being asked my mental health issue. I will was given referrals to places that are all not taking mental health… patients and they do not post on their walls how to file a complaint. Catholic charities behavioral center of Flatbush Is a suicide waiting to happen they are in it 100% for the money.
