Need to call patients at home when u been there so long and go 2 time a month,and close on Friday before the holidays.
The last 3 years is why I give 1 star been on for 13 years 5 stars almost all untill 2022 ....they finally updated website I wonder if they answer phone ..,all security does is complain they want to go home 2 or 3 out… of team work anyone in medical who has over 5 years is great.,..they can't keep a director...nor counselors accept 3 and 2 new ones are stars...but the compassion quote is joke

Been on this clinic a little more than a year, Alex is a great counselor, doctor and Juana are absolute sweethearts, Justin & security staff are great people. I come every two weeks, I try to attend the groups when I… can, the clinic helped me find school/employment, I have nothing but positive things to say. Thanks for the excellent work and support system.

My experience at the START program has been great. From my intake to recertifications, the doctors, and counselors have been very knowledgeable and supportive. The program director) Ms. Ford is an amazing person,… thoughtful, and extremely helpful. START treats their patients like people regardless of their condition, it’s a safe nonjudgmental facility. I have been in clinics that were worse than probation. I personally have never done well in that type of setting. START will 💯 help you achieve sobriety especially when you are willing to help yourself. 🙏🏽 It’s your life and it’s worth fighting for 💪🏽
Disorganized administration and revolving door of clinicians due to what I can assume is insufficient pay and unreliable management. It’s better than nothing?
They have to get better with the program, there is very little help for people that are homeless, and they need to come up with problems that get people jobs
Disrespectful nurse at the dispensing.2 day there..
Seems to work just fine if your willing to do the work.
They hours are from 7 to 1145 they are open early in the morning not the afternoon
