CVPH Medical Center – Plattsburgh Address, Location and Contact Information
75 Beekman Street, Plattsburgh, New York, 12901 is the address held. The city lies within Clinton County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

Daughter in pain. Pregnant but can't be with her. It's not allowed. Shame on them! I love Saranac Lake hospital
Very long wait, but the nurse Julius was amazing. Super nice and helpful
Kept trying to charge me on a workers comp case, called billing department, they are useless unless you are paying and giving them a card number. Surgery way awesome though, and Dr.M did a great job! The billing… department is a bunch of incompeten people. Ruined my credit over $50(fifty dollard) and hand nothing but contempt and incompetence when I called them to straighten it out. I'm fairly sure they are double dipping and need to be investigated for fraud
Lacey in the lab took care of our newborn today. She made a not so fun task look super easy. Thank you, Lacey, for making sure we got taken care of. We’ve been in and out of labs since he was born & needed this small… win more than you know.
Helped me out, they are right about that emergency center visit but I believe that holy God sent me here for rehab and it was one of the nicest rehabs I ever been in my life. Excellent staff, the security looks tired… but he is a good guy we have an excellent relationship. Thank you to all the CVPH staff that helped me throughout my struggles and more to come.
The services provided in the ER are sometimes mediocre and incomplete. I'll say it's a 75% chance of getting someone that isn't just going through the motions to get a paycheck. Appeared to get better after UVM pulled… them under their wing, but sadly, it's going back to the old days. Staffing shortages are definitely a problem. Pandemic hit them hard.
Always friendly, caring.
Expedite service and care
I was hit by a car and ended up with a broken arm (my humerus was snapped in half) and barely being able to walk. After arriving at the hospital they did X-Rays and confirmed the broken bone. Instead of treating me or… doing surgery, they made me sign my own discharge papers with my non broken arm, even though i was a minor at the time. Two hours after being hit by a car I was forced out of the hospital. I was escorted by police back to my dorm room where I laid on a mattress on the floor completely unsupervised with no medication or follow ups. Also, when I called my mother at the hospital, I cried telling her my arm was broken. A nurse took my phone out of my hand, walked out of the room and told my mom I was fine, then hung up the phone. Another nurse asked me why I was crying. They didn’t clean any of my wounds or the blood off of me, either. I had to wait until morning for my mother to pick me up from my dorm room so we could go to upstate and actually get treated/have surgery since CVPH did NOTHING. How can you call yourself a medical hospital when you’re so eager to send vulnerable patients home with no treatment after traumatic accidents? This hospital needs to be shut down.
Three stars because of past experiences. Today I had a blood draw. The lady comes out and had this angry look on her face. She was professional. Ignored my greeting of good morning. Quick in and out with only ten words… spoken. This wasn't my first time there I know there are other employees that are a little more friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Brought my mom here a few years ago in the early stages of dementia( we did not know at the time) waited 13 hours in triage with her the nurses treated her rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them, i sat with… her the entire night chasing her down the hallways and trying to keep her from escaping they did nothing to try to treat her this place is a joke
Took friend to er. They stabilized, diagnosed, put in touch with a specialist in Syracuse Great.
ROBBERY AT THE HOSPITAL Only giving 1 star to leave a review to hope someone sees this. Elderly father went into CVPH needed surgery unexpectedly. His wallet and belongs were robbed from the room they placed him in… while he was in surgery. This hospital should be ashamed of themselves doing nothing and having staff there that takes advantage of vulnerable Elderly patients. Over a thousand dollars was stolen. This is absolutely disgusting
Severely injured but In absolutely no rush to be helped? Like to sit in a dirty waiting room with a bunch of broken vending machines? Want to hear politically charged commentary on the tv against your will for hours on… end? CVPH ER is the place for you!
These days it's hard even make appointments because when you call anywhere nowadays it's like pulling teeth to talk to a human being!! It's all recorded, I don't get it , so we even need receptionists anymore, what are… we playing these people for honestly!!!???
Try finding the visiting hours in your phone. I would be ashamed to have had anything to do with this website. The website gets a one star , not the hospital.
Terrible experience! Waited for 3 hours to get a I've gave me no Tylenol before cutting my mouth. No antibiotics the staff were inconsistent in their patient care. Very terrible would not recommend
Fast friendly and efficient
I’ve been waiting on an MRI for 15 hours. I was talked into staying here overnight to get it done in the morning. I have had 0 sleep and it is almost 11am now! I got here at 730pm last night. Uncalled for. To tell me I… can’t leave for the night and come back next day or risk being paralyzed or dead, but then never give the MRI anyway? Just send me home already
Was in the ER recently and everyone was extremely friendly and they took good care of me. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors
Out for money medical doctors have nurses do there work neglect the patients will be hearing from my lawyer on malpractice
I would take loved ones elsewhere, although we know in this area that is typically not possible. I think this hospital runs on the fact that it is the only provider for miles. The ER is staffed by extremely young… inexperienced nurses who lack proper training. Staff are quick to make excuses as to why wait times are so long, instead of offering empathy or understanding. For an emergency room, nothing is taken care of quickly. It’s not like it used to be.
