I can't say anything positive about the parking lot or the way the building looks on the outside, but I can say that I got exactly what I needed from this place! The employees were very polite and professional.… Everything was explained to me and it was worth it to wake up at 4am to catch 3 busses to get there by 6am just to get through the registration. I'd rather go to C.T.C. once a month than stay on the path that I was on. Don't give me a review on my review... write you own!

I live this place. They definitely work with you to make sure you are clean n sober to live a successful life. They also will provide transportation for you for the first 2weeks until you get your own transportation set… up through your insurance. U live Ms. Angelica the medical director she goes above and beyond for you to make sure your good . I've been to many other methodone clinics and by far this one is the best. Also you can do intake groups if you want virtually. Lastly they do raffles for people who completes nesscicary appointments. Ten thumbs up

Roaches!! 🪳 🪳 Very very unprofessional Angelica is probably one of the meanest rudest people I've ever met Carl the counselor refuses to do appointments which leads to them taking your meds away Barb is so old she… literally forgets everything. She is also very rude. They don't even have a doctor lol it's pathetic. Do NOT go here. They will probably be closed within the year Im more the certain they are doing some kind of insurance scam bc they make you do so many appointments they really need to be investigated Please like the other comment said before me, go to the one on Carnegie "Community Medical Services"

If your trying to get your life back on track you can't go here just waited a hour and half for 5 people to get there medicine so keep a job and trying to come down here is impossible you think showing up with a half… hour to still get to work is enough time nope. They haven't gotten nothing figured out in years. Sucks when your trying to change your life and the place supposed to help is the one causing all the problems with you moving forward

Nurses are great,,front desk is very friendly super helpful love her she is the best.

My boyfriend and I started coming here December 2nd 2024 and everyone at this place has been very nice and respectful and friendly and caring. I just wish that I can find the phone number for my counselor carl quitman.… He is a great guy and very sweet and understanding and he works with everyone's schedule. Need more people like that and the doctor and nurses and the lady at the reception desk are very nice and friendly and helpful and respectful

For the 1st day. I came in. They welcome me in with serious love. I've been there 2 and a 1/2 years. I wouldn't trade this clinic for none other clinics in Cleveland. They're very caring. Loyal. Very understanding and… all the above. If you care for some good treatment, come to Cleveland comprehensivetreatment

This place saved my life!!!! I do not know where I would be if not for CCTC, they helped me every step of the way and never turned their back on me when I struggled. If you are in need of help from addiction please… don’t wait until it’s too late l…PEOPLE LOVE YOU!!!! PS: The front desk receptionist Develand (please don’t kill me if I spelled that wrong girl) is one of the best, down to earth people I’ve ever come across ❤️❤️

CCTC welcomed me from day one! I never once felt out of place, but instead was completely embraced. I hate when someone will talk as if I'm a child I guess they call it being friendly but to me it's fake never once had… that here. Everyday and everyone treat me as their equal from Develand at front counter, Dr. W, Nurses, to counselor I never feel out of place all they want is to help you get and remain sober. I never thought I would need to go to a place like this but long story short it all stemmed from being on prescription pain killers, and relaxiants for many yrs quit smoking weed bc that was illegal and frowned upon. I was newly married just wanted to turn a new leaf and live a better life. Eventually everything was ripped away from me bc many doctors were getting in trouble my doctor retired to see new doctor to get back into pain management would have took over a month. I couldn't do that being I worked back then not familiar with the clinics to help but when asked for help back then was pretty much told too bad. Started getting from streets that eventually led to dark place. I thank God and this clinic for helping me really get my life back. I could go on and on point I'm getting at is these type of clinics are needed I think more of them too with staff like CCTC.

Was the warmest treatment center due to the great staff that really show they care. Also show the way to find your happiness within. Thanks to all the great nurses secretary director and councilors cleveland… comprehensive treatment staff should really be rewarded and compensated for all the positive great things they do.

Excellent intake personnel nurse ebony is the absolute best and counselor Carl actually cares he should definitely be lead counselor by far!

Miss Devleland the front desk clerk was phenomenal at assisting the start of my treatment process. And the nurses (especially Miss Ebony) were incredible in every aspect of my process throughout. Some initial problems… with starting counselor but very accommodating and helpful throughout. Counselor Carl is A1!!

Great place! The lady's behind the counter are great and Carl is #1 Counselor.

I absolutely love this place. This program saved my lived. My counselor Karl is great and easy to talk to. Develand the receptionist is the absolute most amazing person I’ve ever met. She is fantastic at her job, cares… so much about the clients, always wanting to make things better, always has a listening ear if you need to talk, she’s just a wonderful person. These are the best nurses the clinic has ever had. These ladies work very hard and get the job done. John is great, Dr. W. is super cool. Great place to get sober and stay sober at. My ONLY concerns is the fact that we NEED SECURITY back, especially in the location it is at and the parking lot needs fixed asap. Way to many potholes that are damaging everyone’s cars.

I am currently a patient at CCTC and i absolutely love this clinic!! The receptionist is amazing by far the best! The nurses are all so helpful and caring and the counselors are great and really care about us! My… counselor Bernie is the absolute best counselor I've had in treatment! I've been to a few different MAT clinics had a few different counselors and I can't explain how he is so genuinely caring! Even if you just need to vent he actually sits there and LISTENS. You can tell hear and see that he cares and he's paying attention. It's not like some counselors, they just look elsewhere, do something on their computer as your crying, or just sit there staring at you blankly and nod their head!! If you need help don't think about going anywhere else CALL CCTC!!! We do recover!

This is an amazing place with really, really good people. They go out of their way to help you. And they are the nicest people Like seriously, they are the nicest people I've ever met And you never have to wait to dose… as soon as you walk in You sign in and you get to Dose immediately. I'm so thankful that I found this place I was using for 12 years and I'm now clean thanks to this place I really am so thankful for them.

This center is amazing . They truly care about their patients. The system they use works . Quick service . Great employees. I truly love it .

Don't know much about the inner happenings, but the parking lot is a nightmare. Deep potholes, like 30 of them. It's like polka dot potholes the whole way. Aren't these people going thru enough, but now they gotta get… their tires/axles/rims fixed after 3 visits? Ridiculous.

Been going here for 2+ years clean they suddenly stop taking my medical and stop dosing me overnight at 3 weeks of take homes bad place

This is the absolute worst place to go for care. Nothing is professional. There is usually only one nurse doing everything. You can never get ahold of anyone when you really need to. The counseling sessions aren’t… helpful nor consistent. People get super angry and rude when waiting to dose because they are so under staffed. They don’t tell you everything in the beginning when you first start. You have to buy your own lock box and that’s fine but it should be told to everyone and often. The dr is only there at 6am and that’s your only chance to see him. The place closes at 1pm every day leaving a very short window to get to the east side and factoring in things like working. I’ll miss a few of the good ones but this place was and still is nothing but a headache and needs more help and support to run things so clients want to come back.
