Addiction Recovery Services – Cleveland Detox and Rehab Services
Addiction Recovery Services – Cleveland is recorded as offering detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Detox runs under medical supervision, and the first three days carry the highest risk with alcohol and benzodiazepines. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Addiction Recovery Services – Cleveland is located at 10524 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, 44106. Cuyahoga County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I'm traveling 2 1/2 Hours to get the best care in the country.
Great "Wow" Cafe open until 1:30p. Food was fresh and you can buy a meal or ala cart. Physical therapy on second floor was professional, pleasant, and laid back. Great place for PT.
Friendly staff for the most part. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times.Fairly easy to access.
Holy crap for the love or God FIX THE PAY BOOTH IN THE PARKING GARAGE. IT CAUSES ISSUES EVERY TIME IVE BEEN HERE.
Top notch care!! Nurses were excellent with their care and friendliness. Very clean facility. Would highly recommend. I traveled 4 hours for my procedure, was well worth it. Dr. Moayad Alabdulkarim, from the Spine… Center was excellent. Very informative about procedure, and kind. This doctor is highly skilled. would recommend him. Very satisfied with this facility.
This place is great. The people are warm and wonderful. The therapist are top-notch. The place is always kept clean and spotless. The restaurant personnel are wonderful too with great hearty food at a reasonable price.… Nothing but good to say about this place.
Excellent medical personnel, great care. Wish they would hire excellent cleaning personnel too.
The Occupational Therapist was extremely rude, and it seems unlikely that things will get better. From the very first day, I sensed their attitude problem in their tone, and it only worsened over time. They lack… empathy. It's totally abuse what they said to me! I appreciate the way they made me feel less than human. If could put zero stars, I would.
Appreciative of their Pain Management department.
I've experienced a very friendly and professional service at this center.
Parking garage off Stokes has direct entrance to the building. Pricey...
The Doctor I have and his staff. Have always treated me very courteous and respectful.
I love working out there and the only thing missing is a sauna. Very professional staff and friendly patrons.
Nice people,pt department very well equipped and the workers are very well informed.
I would not recommend anyone using these services for physical therapy. It is very expensive. It is broken down by 15minute sessions and its going to cost at least $200 per fifteen minute session.
Fast and friendly
This is where I go to receive critical care. Very good health care
Go to University Hospital if you’re looking to be tested for covid. I paid $55 and waited 3 hours for the virtual meeting that is required to obtain a physicians referral in order to be tested. After waiting on hold for… 3 hours and talked to the doctor for 5 minutes I was given the referral saying that I should be tested. I called the next day to setup an appointment and they said I needed to setup a new virtual meeting and get a new referral because the one I had wouldn’t work.... I’ve called 3 different times and haven’t been successful setting up a test. I called University Hospital and they got me in and tested 2 days later. DONT PAY THE CLINIC THE $55 FEE. It’s a waste of money and you’ll get nothing out of it besides a pointless 5 minute meeting after being out on hold for hours.
Dr, Hick's saved my life here
I bring my mother here for the pain clinic. She needs a ride for these visits and isn't allowed to drive herself. I am glad she gets good care here and has a great doctor. With that being said, the building and its… employees are miserable. The parking garage is usually full by 9am. You have to pay to park and use a self service machine while the attendant sits in the booth texting or starring at you while you try to get the machine to take your money. The public toilet on the second floor (closest bathroom for me) is run down with broken purse hooks, floor tiles and out of order stalls. In the cafeteria there is either a long line of employees to wait behind or you get the dried out cold leftovers. I have to wait a long time (2hrs or more) and am expected to be in the waiting room the entire time. They want to see you when they take the patient back and have no pager system to call you and let you know your loved one is ready to be picked up. There are also no updates if they are behind or having a difficult time. No coffee (they got rid of the coffee) or tv, a very uncomfortable and unfriendly wait. It is difficult to be in pain and stressful to take care of someone in pain. The Cleveland Clinic with its building and its employees should be doing better than this. Disappointed in CC.
Very rude receptionist, (actually both Mellisa and Antoinette) Drove 4 hrs just to see smug looks on both faces, no smiles or hello! Nice welcoming crew! Then was told by Melissa heavier set African American young lady,… that we all don't need to be at counter cause we don't need to hear next person business. Mind you Mellisa not even the one checking my dad in. 2nd my dad has Dementia and my mom and myself are both Medical power of Attorneys. So yes we do need to be at counter. So the only one that could have sat down was my 13yr old son who has never been here, so I think he will right by his mom. If you don't like working customer service then don't apply for this job! People come here from all over the world they already have problems, maybe a smile and warm greeting would be nice. These 2 could learn a lot from the Melon center, workers over there are on point and very friendly! 07/29 Morning time. Desk c21
