The counselors here isn't understanding. They dont have flexible availability when it comes to scheduling with the nurse practitioner. But at the beginning for intake appointments they ask you a million in one questions… like they really care. The one therapist lied to me and told me she was not allowed to write me ESA letter which was a straight up lie. And she goes to me keep my head up like she really cared so much. I dont want services from this agency any more its ridiculous. Every agency is getting worse cause no body want to work no more. No body shows passion any more they will lie before they tell the True. So I would say if you are looking for a agency for counseling look else where because you will not be happy with the results you get from these people its all just a waste of time in my book. And in the intake they ask you the same questions after you already answer it the first time its just not worth coming here for help. I had two counselors here so far and neither one of them has been helpful unfortunately. And in all honestly I dont care about this review being removed. Its true what I experienced here. Its not only True but its sad.
