CleanSlate Centers – Scranton

Best outpatient facility I've ever been to by far. Every other facility I went to you are a number. At clean slate you are treated like a person. They're so kind and caring and they are always willing to listen and to… offer help and make sure you have your next appointment and they will personally call you to remind you of your appointment and if you do mis an appointment or need to reschedule, they'll go out of their way to make sure you seen. They will always make sure that you absolutely 100% do not go without your medication. It is such a comfortable atmosphere and comfortability is something very important in a doctor's office. From the time you walk in, you feel so comfortable. From the front of the house staff who are always smiling and energetic and laughing and so kind to the office manager, Linda whose kindness and personality is so infectious, she is so kind and caring and gives everybody her personal attention. she will personally call patients to remind them of their appointment and if you miss an appointment or have to reschedule she will go out of her way to help you get another appointment and be seen into and makes sure you absolutely 1,000% have your medication and that you see a provider and her hard work and her personality and her kindness trickles down to her staff who are the same type then to all the doctors who I seen who are great to my provider Angela who is amazing, very very understanding, kind and always smiling and very helpful and concerned for the well-being of her patients. Angela also goes out of her way to make sure that all of your needs are met, making sure you're taking the medication and making sure that you have your appointments all lined up and that everything is good in your life.

Cleanslate scranton is the best! Very clean center, staff is amazing, and they absolutely saved my life! Would recommend to all friends and family whom may be in need of recovery.

As far as the place in Scranton the people there are great but when it comes to the billing they're literally a scam. I paid cash for a year straight and have every receipt for the appointments in my email still and all… of the sudden I get a bill for over $300 saying that I never paid for 2 months last year and I literally have the receipts still so how can my account suddenly go from $0 to payments disappearing and then all of the sudden I owe hundreds?
