Wright Center for Community Health – Scranton Address, Location and Contact Information
Wright Center for Community Health – Scranton is located at 501 South Washington Avenue in Scranton, Pennsylvania, 18505. The city lies within Lackawanna County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

always excellent, attentive, and thorough care by residents and primary physician
Very thorough with patience physical problems medical attention and professional communication skills
The Wright Center is such a positive experience. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. It's so nice to know that the doctors your dealing with care about you. And they always get back to you, when you… have an issue. Very prompt and reliable.
Dr McCarthy and entire dental staff and receptionists were always very friendly. After all my many dental visits, I finally got my teeth and Im so very happy with them. I highly recommend them.
Friendly skilled staff, clean environment, everything you need all in one place. Dentist, mental health, food pantry to those who need not just a perfect family practice.
I have a terrible fear of the dentist and I do have to take a pill to relax me but the weight center was excellent im there care and understanding and it put me at ease quickly. Would highly recommend this center only… if you want the best care ever
It’s always there when you need medical help and advice.
This is the worst doctor's office I ever been to in My Life first they don't handle any of your issues then they have an AI system answering the phone and they never call you back it's the most ridiculous thing in the… world
Very good professional and courteous. The staff make you a priority and i felt they addressed my concerns and clarified my treatment protocol. Overall it was a very good experience Thank you
After 3 years of trying to get a set a dentures on medicaid, this place was wonderful. The staff is amazing and they truly care. I traveled a long way to the Wilkes-Barre office and when they found out how far I drove… they quickly made arrangements for me to go a center closer to me that just opened up. The x-ray machine is awesome! You just stand still and it takes the picture. None of the uncomfortable bitting down on sharp plastic.
Get all my Dr app 's done in one place. Friendly and helpful even dental.
It is SO hard to get a call back or even speak to an actual person here. I’ve called about 5–6 times just trying to schedule a teeth cleaning, and now the new AI/automated phone system has made it ten times harder. I… explained multiple times to the AI voice exactly what I needed and that I was trying to schedule an appointment, only for it to basically end the call with “Thank you for calling, have a great day.” Like??? I’m literally telling you why I’m calling and I still can’t get through to somebody. I want to make it clear that I don’t have an issue with the staff or anyone personally. My frustration is with how unnecessarily difficult the communication and scheduling process has become. I’m just trying to schedule a cleaning. It should not take this much effort to speak to someone. Please reconsider the AI phone system or at least make it MUCH easier to reach an actual person, because right now it is not working and is making an already frustrating process even more frustrating.
The people have been incredible, the AI receptionist however is a trip; at a certain point it is no longer locked into its medical script and you can start asking for recipes. Alice the AI is a terrible receptionist but… a fantastic aid for raspberry chocolate truffles. That aside though, if you're pursuing behavioral health assistance not having a human being to speak to is incredibly defeating and could absolutely turn people away. I pray they realize this before someone suffers. Edit: oh and the person who called me back had an incredibly rude tone as if I was bothering them despite simply wanting to reschedule an appointment. It was completely uncalled for and far from the first time.
