You never see anyone. You're put in a room and forgotten and I only went because I have hives. Never again
Was taken in right away... great nurses and Dr Chris was wonderful!! Place was clean and tidy. Will go there again.
Thank you to the nurses.
I had bad experience on the psych floor. I don’t wish it on anyone to go there I would go elsewhere. They were just unprofessional. The aids were on their phones blaring music and playing games on their phone while they… were watching a 1/1 patient and it was hard for others to sleep because the rooms were all beside each other. Then when you request a shower, they had three showers and I was in a shower now I am a male, but it was really gross. They had one male and one female while I was in the shower and we were all taking showers together, very unprofessional and gross. So I don’t wish it on anyone would go there and do a 201 very unprofessional. The staff was rude. They were not really helpful. They don’t really come to your room and talk to you. They basically sit around at the desk and wait till they pass meds very unprofessional site unit.
They miss diagnosed my daughter and said she had a minor fracture on her left shoulder and that if it wasn’t taking care of one arm would be longer than the other but it was her elbow ligament which was the problem and… the wonderful dr at upmc children’s popped it back in place … be careful going to this place !!
Sucks, nobody is happy there, patients and staff!! Needs New Owners - management
went to emergency room with father at 8:00pm, sat in waiting room until 2:00am finally was taken back to room. It is now 2:30 am and still have not seen a nurse or doctor. what is wrong with this hospital. This is a… real joke.
Never Recommend The Slowest Hospital In the world
Disgusting that you won’t do an outpatient surgery because you have to prepay what is left on a deductible for a surgery but you will be getting a reimbursement from the insurance of 4 times that amount. Will not set up… a payment place. ACMH you don’t care about patients just your bottom line
Came here with a big treble hook in my hand, they didn't even cut the lure off waited 4 hours so far haven't done anything yet
I just took my daughter for her first blood draw. My daughter is 9. The phlebotomist, Taylor Dentzell, and her helper, who's name I did not catch, were absolutely AMAZING with my daughter. I was really impressed and… pleased with the kindness they showed my daughter for her first time.
Just want to Thank , the Doctors and nursing staff, in the ER, and ICU. They were very patient and helpful. Treated my son like he mattered, and gave him great advice that Is helping to rectify his health issues. I… could,nt be happier. Thank You all and God bless.
Hospital not crowded. Staff are very helpful . Clinics are little bit expensive compared to upmc
This would have been a 5 star review because everyone my client and myself interacted with was very nice and professional UNTIL an RN named Hailey decided to BREAK THE LAW!! I will not stop making this experience known… to everyone in my field of work until I am notified that, that employee is no longer employed with the Kittanning hospital. I expect my client to get an apology in writing for the abuse this employee put her through today, 4/16/26, at 4:10 pm. I have recommended her family take legal action for this RN's act of abuse and violation of patients rights. No union should be protecting someone that breaks the law.
The Er Staff and surgical staff were amazing and so kind.
Gift shop is amazing! Very creative variety of gifts!
I had to get a series of outpatient testing done and was treated very rudely by the scheduling department over the phone (more than once) and a receptionist the day of my test. Completely uncalled for. As a healthcare… worker myself, I could not believe the way I was treated. I’m hesitant to have anything further at this hospital.
Great place if you wanna walk in n get judged by the staff..... Went in for having severe sinus pressure (wanted to make sure I didn't have the flu or covid again) while there Because I made poor choices n did take care… of my teeth.... The Dr n one of the staff kept making references to the showing breaking bad.... Making me feel like like they implying I was a meth addict (which I've never done drugs in my 37years) of living Because I had mentioned I took Sudafed that morning to try n get some relief from the pressure Stand up hospital let me tell ya
Wonderful
I’ve been to hospitals all over based on where I was living (UConn, Cleveland Clinic, UPMC etc). I grew up here but don’t remember much about my time here as a kid. Coming back and having to get blood work, go to the… ER, have surgery, I can say that the staff here is some of the nicest I’ve encountered in any hospital system.
This place is fantastic! Everyone is incredibly helpful and i would go here for any health issue i had. I’ve had 3 behavioral health stays and 2 outpatient surgeries and had a wonderful experience every time.
The absolute rudest people ever!! Sat in ER for 4 hours and never saw the Dr after coming in by ambulance. They were extremely nasty towards me.
ER staff are a joke.
1 ER Doctor staffed at night with no extra help. This hospital serves a large area.
