Care Center – Butler Detox and Rehab Services
Recorded services at Care Center – Butler are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

How Much Does Treatment at Care Center – Butler Cost?
Private-pay rehab in Pennsylvania typically costs $1,610 to $5,110 for a week of medical detox, $3,000 to $10,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Those are state-level figures, because RehabSeekers did not find published prices for Care Center – Butler at the time of writing.
Most programs build medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling into the price, and Care Center probably does the same. Medication, lab tests and psychiatric appointments are often billed separately. Ask Care Center for a figure based on your needs and what it includes.

I have the best counselor in the world !! At the care center
Dr. uma will be getting sued for medical malpractice for patient abandonment. While i was in a middle of medical mental health crisis and hospitallized he all of the sudden droppped me. With no warning. Just because of… personality differences. Never made threats showed whatever documentation he neeeded when he needed it. I havent been stable since. A doctor cannot drop you out of the blue. Since the very beginning without even knowing me he already had a negative judgement on my medication even though it did improve my quality of life. Never failed his drug test never missed. Never threatened. But anyways i was going through a very hard time at this moment. And it is called patient abandonment. A medical malpractice. its never been perfect. But i will be doing whatever i can to put him on notice. But The COE amanda is one of the best and always professional and always is for her clients ive been with some quite time, the drug and alcohol client kathy , my therapist yannu is newer but she is great in listening and understanding, too love them all in the most professional way. Theyre some hits and misses but once you start with one great person theyll get you more help with the next great person m. Its all ABOUT YOU AND IF YOU WANT THE HELP AND BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE.
I would give it negative stars if I could.. this place is a joke
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Today was my first appointment with Dr. Uma. FIRST time EVER seeing him. My mental health has been GREAT for over 10 years. He wants to take me off a medicine because "i don't need it". All because… I'm on multiple medications at small doses for the same thing. I wasn't put on the medicine just for the hell of it. FIRST time seeing me and he wants to take me off some of my meds. Are you kidding me? 🤦♀️Wĥy fix something that isn't broken. I read another comment that said the same thing. Kinda scary to have phych patients cutting back on medicine just because a "doctor" thinks you don't need something. I'm going to a different place. I don't have time to play FAFO just because a person that has NEVER met me "thinks" i don't need something. I been dealing with severe depression and anxiety for between 25-30 YEARS. I have been doing AWESOME and been STABLE (no medication changes) for around 10 years. So why would i do something so stupid of stopping medicines just because a doctor says i don't need something. Not happening
This company needs shut down ASAP
Dr Uma messed up putting in my refill for a prescription and I didn't have it for this past WEEK and ive been going through withdrawal. Nauseous dizzy blurry vision and stomach cramps. Never had a problem with the past… doctor. This one treated me like a number.
Good vibes
This place is a joke and I would not recommend it. The psychiatrists are impossible to get a hold of. They do not work with the therapists on treatment care. They have let my medication lapse by not calling it into the… pharmacy. You do not want to put your life in this agency's hands.
10/10 do NOT recommend coming here for ANY behavioral health management. Dr. Uma put me on 6 different medications within the first visit of meeting him. (I am practically in remission). My medication management has… been TERRIBLE. Adverse reactions to all new medications, nurse line has not answered back regarding my adverse reactions. I wouldn’t be surprised to see if they will be sued next. Also, tapering “everyone” off controlled substances including medication for ADHD because they have dosed too many people with controlled substances. Will not recommend ANYONE to come here for any mental health needs.
I am sad to say I will be leaving the care center after many years directly because of the treatment from the front desk staff and their utter refusal to even answer simple questions for me. Their level of rudeness is… staggering. They are literally victimizing me and gate keeping. I had to go outside of them to get the managers info and they made sure I know I was a bother to them.
I started out here voluntarily for mental health therapy. Treatment, help, and advice from that was subpar Soon after I got court ordered 'treatment' for IOP(Intensive Outpatient Program) there. During that the counselors… showed favoritism, and even kicked out people who really wanted help voluntarily, but had relapsed. I somehow completed IOP but one day a gentleman who was scrolling on his phone, which is not allowed, and for quite some time, was left alone to enjoy his social media. I had a mental health appointment directly after and was venting to my therapist about the incident. MY THERAPIST TOLD THE IOP COUNSELORS ABOUT WHAT I TALKED ABOUT!! So much for confidentiality. Then IOP cornered me and asked me about it! YOU ARE IN THE WRONG! Top it all off PennDOT was never notified of my completion of program to get my license back after signing releases and telling them more than once to make sure they contact them. It is not a wonder why Butler has such a mental health and addiction problem when this is the total lack of care. Oh,and hard to get them to answer at front desk and after leaving messages everyday, you will not get a callback.
Zack is amazing I see him for counseling. He is awesome I have to retracted with to many others but yona I see her for couples therapy and Dr zelinis is awesome. I’ve had many places since should good and one good one… as an adult this is good I would recommend it. My husbands having a hard time and I’m pushing him here too it’s nice
I've called multiple times to set up an appointment. No one ever picks up. I have left a message for them to call me back but no one has. Dont waste your time on this place
They don’t accept Aetna insurance?! What do they accept?!! Unbelievable! 😒
I have tried calling before with their option 3 scheduling department to see when my appointment was and continuously called repeatedly a total of 46 times in 2 hours time frame for nobody answered. Finally I gave up… and took the drive up to see the receptionist at the front desk if you need an appointment don't bother calling you get further walking in to see them face to face because their phones will eventually get turned off. Also I get it it's a mental health place but I'm not allowed to go through the front door to the receptionist area with my service dog because people have fears of dogs is what I've been told. So no matter what I have to also call my therapist in order to have my appointment. My therapist is awesome it's more over that it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone you get further calling crisis or 201 yourself into the hospital to get better care and patient service. I felt kinda discriminated since my service dog isn't allowed at the front so we enter into the back and further it we can't park closer to the building because we wait in our car till the therapist comes out to meet us in the back door which has an open area that could be used as parking but most of the time the group sessions get their breaks to hang out in that area.
The çare center is uniquely .it has helped mè throughout tough times.
The phones aren't working every time anyone tries to call it says they are no longer taking calls at that extention.
So far my experience has been positive
I love this place the therapist everyone there is so nice and helpful .Id give them million stars
Terrible service. Embarrassingly bad doctor. First time I've ever had to get my own prior authorization for meds. Update 5 years later: Today I had a telephone appointment with their doctor. The doctor called 28 minutes… late. My appointment lasted 10 minutes. I waited by the phone for her call almost 3 times longer than I spent talking to her. Then, when I mentioned it, she proceeded to lecture me, a 53 year old man, about how I shouldn't expect everyone to be on time and and to not be so demanding.
Horrible patient care and total lack of regard for the mental health of their patients. Unorganized, unable to return phone calls and very rude. When I ran out of a med I take daily, and the doctor was on vacation, they… didn't have anyone on site that could send my script. When on the phone, the nurse literally said "you'll live" and then denied ever saying it. Completely unprofessional especially when dealing with a mental health patient. Shows their true lack of compassion and disregard for actually helping people. This is just one of many examples of poor patient care, I could write a book on this place.
The ladies at the office are wonderful and friendly. Genoa Pharmacy is wonderful as well. Beware tho, the major downside of going here is therapists rarely stay longer than a year.
This place of business is a joke. So unprofessional and unreliable if you are needing drug screens do NOT go here. They lie and tamper with samples. Supervisor is very unprofessional and needs some training in all… aspects of her job. I would highly recommend looking else where for treatment.
