They handle scheduling and inquiries with a level of kindness that sets a positive tone before your session even begins. The counselors themselves are highly skilled and empathetic. (Natalie)Therapy has been great for my little. I’ve noticed such a transformation with her as she uses the things she learned in every day life. Things don’t always turn out as we hope , but she is learning early how to… manage her emotions. It is clear Natalie is genuinely there for my child. I couldn’t be more grateful to her. My personal experience was a little different. I was seeing a therapist(Gavin) for a year, and it was amazing. I felt like I had someone in my corner and genuinely felt like “woah, I finally found a good one”. During that year, my therapist was a huge gift in my life. Unfortunately, I was terminated immediately via text and voicemail, after a year, citing “facility policy” after I disclosed transference (which I thought was healthy and normal). There was no closure, no humanity at all. I was left humiliated and abandoned. I realize now I was just a way to kill an hour a week. Unfortunately, I no longer have faith or trust in the therapeutic process. It has been a little over 2 months, and while I am disappointed in how it ended, I will forever be grateful for the positive I experienced during that year. If you seek therapy, find someone with experience in all aspects of the therapeutic process.

My therapist is amazing. I have been to several other places and have not been able to find anyone who understands me, they always just want me to take medication and they just listen to what my family tells them. I am… normal and I have normal feelings. I am not over sensitive or neurotic.

Billing is always super unorganized; I asked the receptionist for months if I needed to pay anything and was told no until all of a sudden I couldn’t schedule appointments anymore because I had an “outstanding balance”… of hundreds of dollars. I was just in the office today and a woman came in with the exact same complaint so I know I’m not the only one. The psychiatrist doesn’t listen very well and seems to just prescribe you with random meds that don’t fit your diagnosis. The receptionist doesn’t seem to care about having positive relationships with the patients and is downright rude and disrespectful towards them. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to end up feeling worse

Don't get meds thru the Dr at paoletta's because when it's time for refills you'll wait a week or more to get them!!! Has happened 2x's now even with the pharmacy requesting refills a month b4

It has been extremely hard to get med refills here. Unless you call on Thursday or Friday when psychiatrist is in. If you let your meds run low as i have done at times you will be without those meds for the week till… then. This is unacceptable for those who rely on them for anxiety relief or are perhaps dealing with depression. If you have not been seen for a while and that’s what is preventing you from getting refills this needs communicated to the patient.

When I went here my counselor was great, the reception was very nice and helpful, but I was put on medication that wasn't working for me. I expressed it wasn't working and that it made some things worse and they upped… the dosage even more. Few months later it had hurt my mental health more than help. In short it caused a lot of other issues. The counselor I had see, Jen, was incredibly helpful and I still use a lot of the tips she gave me all these years later. 5 stars for her, 1 for the psychiatrist aspect.

I have such an amazing counselor, when I leave after speaking with Gavin I feel 99% better and our meeting will carry me through the week till I get to see him again and we tackle whatever was affecting me that week!!!… I was so nervous the 1st time I came in to talk but he made me feel so comfortable and he seems to actually care!! So thank you Gavin I have been a real support for me and I appreciate it so much!!! Till Thursday u all have a great week!

Originally, I was going to post a bad review but they reached out to me and we resolved the problem. I think they did a wonderful job on resolving the problem highly recommended.

i went there for a year poor communication and not a good place to get help wouldn't recognize

I did not like the Behavior consultant Jill. She was rude and pushy. Never even asked if I was ok when my dad died. I asked to be moved to someone else and they told me they are short staffed. They don't care about… patients at all!

Very poorly run operation. Poor counseling quality, poor patient contact, poor medical interaction. Not a good place to send people with serious issues! Bottom line appears to be money, not patient care! Dr. McFadden… does not seem to care about patients.

Great staff, friendly therapist over all a welcoming kind of place

Dr. Macfadden doesn’t know how to understand the simple concepts of measuring medication and writes incorrect prescriptions. He doesn’t listen to a word that you say, obviously. They need to retrain on the basics before… letting them write prescriptions.

McFadden is a quack that doesn't look up his patients info just prescribes whatever he feels. Stephanie the councilor only worries about her issues speaking with her patients, gives attitude back to patients is… completely unprofessional. This place should be looked at by the BBB!!!!

I have been going here 7 years... the transfromation from how I was when I 1st walked in the door to who I am now is just mind blowing. Paoletta has a wonderful team put together. I can tell they truly care about the… people they see and want to help us with the tools, skills, and coping mechanisms needed to reach optimum mental and emotional health.

The therapist that I saw was very personable and nice. Although she didn't seem like she was listening. She just wanted to "fix" me. Dr. McFadden was very unapproachable and it was an ask and answer sort of appointment.… The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful when calling with concerns. I have been treated and made to feel as if my needs don't matter and that I was being a bother, trying to figure out why I couldn't get a prescription refilled. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone, with any sort of serious issues to work through.

Terrible services, would not recommend anyone here.

It feels like an assembly line. My Dr talked mostly about himself !
