I do not recommend this place. The unprofessionalism from the so-called “manager,” Roberta, is unacceptable. She hangs up on people and refuses to do her job. It’s disappointing to see someone in a leadership position… behave this way. She acts on assumptions instead of facts, which raises serious concerns about how this place is run. Not sure why a business would employ someone with such poor customer service skills.

Staff is so friendly & welcoming, and professional as well. I had guest dosed down here when I went to Galveston and I couldn’t have chosen a better clinic.

This place is good, but it's the amazing, kind, caring, non-judgmental people who work here that makes this place amazing!! I've never seen/felt so much love and compassion as I have seen/felt at this clinic. They are… truly down here doing God's work. I'm used to being called names, being judged, feeling embarrassed, and being denied care due to my disease; so being treated like a human, being acknowledged, and being helped while in need of help, is truly amazing!! I'm so grateful and blessed to have found this clinic, and the wonderful people who make treatment and recovery possible. This was my last chance at life and they showed me that I am worthy, needed, and loved. If you're in need of help please give them a call, they will help you in any need possible.🥹 🫶🏼🙏🏼💯

me and my wife called this location looking for help to get off of opiates and was at our wits end with them they let us know the steps we needed to take to become patients there and that things would get better and… they now have ,thank you guys....very friendly staff ,very quick ,and very professional, "not to mention 10.00$ a day is very reasonable price to dose to save your life"

Yes- ive known the people that work at this clinic for years now and they're like family. The nicest staff indeed- I love em all. Wonderful nurses and counselors

I have been on opiates for 15 years because of bad medical issues. My whole body is messed up for several different reasons. I chose to stop taking several pills a day to only 2 a day. I will have to be on pain killers… for the rest of my life because of how bad my body is. So i was told about methadone and was scared cuz of what people said about it but i was so desperate to get out of pain and to stop taking so many pain pills that i gave it a try and i am so happy with the out come. Not only do i not hurt nearly as bad as i did i am down to 2 pills a day and never have to chase to get out of pain ever again. If u dont lie to try to get more and only take what u need to help ur body, its the best decision u can make for urself .Not to mention I love all the staff too, EVERYONE IN THERE IS AMAZING! Thanks Toxicology Ps each month that goes by the more i am grateful i chose this place!

What's the Highest dose you can take ?

The counselors are nice and the nurses are super sweet! Its $10/daily plus $10 monthly for clean ua!!

Sylvester is the best counselor ever!! He's calm kind and always has a smile on. I recommend him as EVERYONES counselor!!

The counselors are great,and the nurses really seem to care. I came here after abruptly leaving clinic I had been going to for 2yrs. I was leaving the country on a mission trip,I'd planned for months, I was very upset,… most clinics don't give take outs for quite a while. These people were compliant, and gave me 15 takeouts after going here for just a few days. They're by the book, but very understanding,just don't lie!

If your going on vacation to the beach or anywhere around this area, this is the perfect place to guest dose. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes with my take homes and everything. It was all set up when I walked in. Just… make sure YOUR clinic does their part as far as getting all your information over to them before you go. I have no complaints though. I will definitely be going back on my next trip down here!

Went to Galveston last year and needed a place to use guest services at for the weekend. My clinic tried to contact this place to set me up for guest dosing for 2 weeks, I even witnessed them trying several times,… personally. All they were ever able to do was leave messages that All went unanswered and never returned... as a result I ended up having to drive 45 minutes into Houston and not only spent a TON in gas stuck in traffic, but they ended up charging me more than any other clinic I have EVER been to for guest services in my history of going to guest clinics. If this places service is anything like their office management, I would steer clear!

Really wonderful experience I had, guessed dosed there for the weekend!!! Very fast and did not treat me like a piece of dirt or like an out cast!!!! Would guest dose there anytime!!!! Thanks ❤❤❤❤❤

Verry nice people , and verry professional. The staff always stays up to date as far as keeping everyone posted about time changes new regulations,and dosing schedules . If you need help with an addiction Toxicology… Associates is who you need.
