The front desk female who answered the phone on 03/13/25 @ 9a.m. is so rude,disrespectful, uncooperative and unprofessional. She has no business dealing with humans much less answering the phone about their patients. I… asked a simple question about their address because it concerns one of their patients and she asked me why x2. I had already identified myself and gave the reason why. She was too annoyed to answer my questions like she was being bothered or something. She didn't answer my last question and hang up on me. If you can't do your job professionally why are you there? Her attitude is unacceptable 🤮

Excellent care, kind people. Anne rochon is my therapist and she is fantastic. I also did DBT and it was a far easier and more useful experience than when I had it through Kaiser. Thanks everyone, your awesome.

I work with melissa the psychiatrist for my medications and she has been the most helpful and understanding psychiatrist ive ever come across. she listens to my concerns and talks me through my options and throughly… explains each medication before prescribing. truly the best psychiatrist out there, I would recommend everyone having her if i could!

I've been seeing providers through compass for about 2 years. In the beginning I thought a therapist younger than me would be a gamble but they have been phenomenal. The students who are ready to graduate have been… outstanding in helping me with my goals, depression and anxiety, relationships and other interpersonal issues and psychological impacts of chronic pain. And some of the students stay on staff after completion of their degree. The psychiatrist is also fantastic, as is her nurse. Everyone from the front desk to the providers are responsive and friendly. I've also done group therapy for DBT and ADHD. There is no limit to how many weeks you can see a therapist individually like there is with Sea Mar. I feel fortunate to have found Compass. I've been to a lot of therapy, it's like working out. Things do get better!

I having been coming to this location for over 5 years and honestly I feel like I am in the same place mentally as I was when I first started. I have seen 5 different counselors and no help. I will be looking for help… somewhere else starting today.

My wife has gone here for a few years now. They seem to go threw staff regularly sometimes she loves it until they switch her therapist or prescriber. DONT MISS YOUR APPOINTMENTS they will kick you off the program and… stop giving you meds

No help when I was grieving over a lost of a family member. Showed no care for my health at all. To them I was just another check.

Amazing help and advice to help a person grow, find answers and learn new ways of coping or over coming personal issues and life challenges.

This has been a place we have used as needed over the years. Staff is is great while they are here earning credits . Most leave after their internship but all the programs ,staff, and facilities are lovely.

It is not the cleanest, or most welcoming place. The staff on the other hand are all awesome.

You literally can't make an appointment by phone if you were referred here by a doctor. Your only option is to go in on Tuesday or Wednesday during a 2 1/2 hour period in the morning and wait there until they decide… they can have a quick initial interview with you. Once that is out of the way then you can? I think? Their information is sparse so I honestly don't know. As per the usual, Medicaid customers get the short end of the stick.

The place smells like a dirty diaper in the waiting room. The counselors call CPS on people for no reason when they tell you that they wont and take everything figuratively instead of asking more questions about the… situation and just uh huh and and mmmhmm after everything you say. Not professional at all. . Avoid this place like the plague

The best experience I've had. I've been listened to every step of the way, from intake exams to unique and interesting appointments. I wish I could go more often, and that's not something I would've thought before I… came here.

Feels like the waiting room for hell, and the rest isn't any better.

I had my grandson living with me for 3 years. I had a nice counseling session at Compass with a nice young fellow, and intern. My grandson had a great time, and we thought he would be living with me and I would be… raising him. His father wanted him and did pursue counseling with the manager lady that I had set up my grandsons second set of sessions with to help with the transistion. She must not have recommended that he stay in touch with his grandmother that raised him for 3 years after his mother was murdered. Well, now the father is dead. Found dead in mountlake terrace tonight. His son is now an orphan. Thanks for the help, manager lady.
