Worst facility never answer their phone calls especially for dui treatments

You will fail if you have cough medication.

Extremely rude & unprofessional staff. Kimberly & Jennifer should NOT be there if all they are going to do is talk to you like you’re less of a person.

The process of going through recovery was enjoyable and knowledgeable. Nina Naus, really helped me through a difficult time. Nicasa is great and I recommend Nina for anyone seeking therapy.

Probably the best experience I could have for what it’s worth works well and the atmosphere isn’t horrible either definitely handles everything so professionally

Make sure you ask questions here. They think they are smarter than people. This black lady just kept attacking me verbally talking over me. Bragging about her car and money cause I told her I was homeless. She needs one… or 10 classes of behavioral disorder. Not going back to this place ,thanks

Naileah Campos is a wonderful counselor. She has a lot of knowledge on manys subjects and manages classes very well. Naileah makes these classes interesting and entertaining. I would highly recommend using Nicasa for… counseling needs, and I would recommend you choose Naileah Campos as your counselor.

My experience at Nicasa was excellent, The counselor Cierra Charleston is phenomenal when it comes to her clients she really cares and it shows she loves what she does and love to help folks that battles w addiction and… other issues.

My experience with Nicasa was wonderful. I’ve had a great support team. Naileah Campos was our group counselor and she did an amazing job. I will recommend Nicasa to everyone!

The counselors were dismissive, judgmental, and clearly didn’t give a damn. No guidance.… No support. Just attitude and excuses. Long story very short, I do not recommend NICASA. Bad at record keeping, bad at communication, and trying to force more time and money to be spent on their services. Ended up wasting months and hundreds of dollars… because of NICASA when I should have rejected their services and just paid the ticket.

Arthur Collier, my 1st DUI evaluator turned out to be polite and made me feel at comfortable with all my nervoness as i was totally lost with confusion before my evaluation, never had any experiance with DUI… evaluations, he made feel very at ease when the process began, what a great person to work with, i was very honest with my answers to which made the process much more comfortable, for me, and him i hoped,so satisfied with his professionalism, thank you Arthur: Darryl Smith

Nicasa was amazing in their support. More so, Christina was my counselor and was vital to me growing and ultimately gaining the skills to manage my addiction.

This place is really helpful. I told them my situation and they are willing to help me get things done, and actually the people that work there are good counselors. This isn’t my first time going through Nicasa and I… don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Do what you’re suppose to do and be honest. They really aren’t all about money like everyone is saying! There is really place that are bad. People just expect that this won’t cost a thing. In my case duis are an expensive thing. Don’t drink and drive and life will be simple.

I don’t know why everyone is so mad. Don’t get In trouble you won’t have to deal with this. Nicasa isn’t all that bad and they are willing to work with you.

Go to counseling centers of Illinois Nicasa is money hungry and not there to help anyone. Super unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

They are all about money, don’t care about helping anyone. I had gotten an incorrect link to group and later a correct one. I wasn’t aware it was an honest mistake I tried connecting with the incorrect link and it… didn’t work. This was yesterday, I called today explaining that what occurred. They didn’t care. They told me to pay another $140 if I wanted them to reschedule and good bye. It really sucks because it’s not like I missed a class in between. It would have been my first class.

I used to belive in Nicassa, I got a dui in 2014, fixed everything, and been sober for almost 3 years. Asked for an intake due to an old ticket and revoked license, my own fault.. 600 dollars and they don't take payment… plans or help people with low or no income. I won't ever send anyone here for help, all they care about is money. Awful service go to AA, Detox with a dr. don't go here. Also check out the Phoenix app for sobriety help, much more caring people.

I hope anyone that actually needs help does not have to encounter this company. They overdiagnosed me because they clearly needed the money. They continously LIED to my face because they didn't want to tell me in person… that a previous coworker messed up. If you need help I don't recommend giving this place your money. You can watch movies on your own honestly that's all I feel we do... ANSWER: So your response is for me to go do exactly the one thing I just wrote a review about getting rejected for... I don't see how that will help since Jennifer was the one that just rejected my review because it wasn't 30 days from my evaluation.... This answer was not helpful at all.
