Crossroads Turning Point Inc – Pueblo Reviews and Ratings
Reviews for Crossroads Turning Point Inc are drawn from around the web and from RehabSeekers itself, where patients, loved ones, healthcare workers and referring professionals can share their experience of the Pueblo program.
I am not proud to admit but I have been to numerous residential treatment centers, none which the director (Scott) is so hands on he chairs groups, and will move mountains to advocate for you, lift you up and in my… personal program that is vital Also Mike and Jackson, Simone, James, and new addition Kate have talked to me when it was needed (12am) and by far the one I would refer anyone to. Thanks everyone there
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this review to inform patience and family members of the neglect. After this I am going to file a formal DORA complaint against Jamie Pollock in Pueblo, Colorado, regarding the… treatment of my wife. My wife has been under Jamie Pollock’s care for continuous Suboxone treatment for many years During this extensive period, I have observed significant negative changes in her personality, overall happiness, hormone levels, and cognitive function. It is my belief that the treatment has been extended far beyond a reasonable timeframe, resulting in worsening well documented side effects that are severely impacting her mental well-being. I am concerned that the provider is not performing his due diligence in tapering my wife off the medication, but is instead facilitating a long-term dependency. I believe this approach takes advantage of my wife's situation and fails to meet the standard of care expected of an opioid treatment specialist. Medical doctors should not be abusing their authority to make extra income.
The director Scott is very efficient and helpful. He is mindful of ensuring that you do what's necessary to maintain sobriety. Danny, also, is an amazing addition to the team and he is an incredible person. I did not… care for the rest of the Stirt coordinators.
If you think this place is good then you must still be on drugs. This place is hell on earth. Worse than jail and everyone that's in there now will tell you the same thing. These people will let you die on the floor… without a care in the world. If you're looking for a place that will actually help you, this is NOT the place.
Your employee posted this... are your LGBTQ clients okay? Is he responsible for their treatment? He lists himself as a CIC Caseworker. What are ya'll doing over there?
It was a excellent experience for me , the counselors and staff really tried to help a person out u have to contribute and be part of the program and do your chores ,the food is great and snacks all the time 4 men to a… room
I felt my experience was great all around!
Helps a lot of people
Last place to sign up for (DUI/Therapy) "Charlotte Garcia" is the last therapist that you ever want to go to...she never follows protocol....doesn't have time to hear all their clients....doesn't treat all their clients… "equal"...always an has attitude when you ask a questions...I'd rather have (Dr.Phil) than to deal with somebody who so selfish, non-caring, doesn't have time and affection to give....she makes me wanna drink every time on how she presents herself...so sad.
I went there about 2 weeks ago. The staff, food and counselors are horrible!! The kitchen staff doesn't wear hair nets or beard guards. The rooms are packed with 6 people and the staff especially the director Don are… incompetent!! Din will come around in the morning and harass the residents to the extent of looking over the stall doors in the restroom to see what you are doing!! This place is a joke and the staff is borderline incompetent!! What ever you do find a different place to get treatment!!
Went to crossroads to sell my soul to the Devil so I could play the guitar. Well the Devil never showed up, so I still can't play the guitar. Very disappointed.😞
Car needed a jump so I called the clinic and told them my situation begging them to make this one and only exception about me being late to the clinic and I was told to bad so sad. Now I'm forced to find some heroin off… the streets ending my year long sobriety just so I don't withdrawal from the methadone. Thanks Crossroads. For putting yourselves first and not waiting 10 minutes for me to get there. I could understand them not caring about my sobriety or physical health after becoming addicted to the drug they give out. I suggest that no one bothers with them and joins the other methadone clinic in town Colorado Treatment Services.
This place is of no help to someone needing actual medical support while going through withdrawals. I just called to have them have my brother call me, and they were laughing as they answered the phone (kinda… unprofessional) considering the misery of the patients around them in detox. When i asked for them to find my brother to have him call me she pretty much acted like she would find him at her convenience..I suggest management find staff members that understand what pain and suffering addicts go through while in detox. I can't wait to get my brother out of this God forsaken place. No comfort or sympathy for those at their lowest. Send your family to Denver Health..Save you & your loved one heartache, because the first phone conversation your going to want them out.
Indifferent to patient outcomes and interested in attendance and payment only
