Treatment at Colorado Treatment Services – Pueblo covers intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone can ask what a typical week looks like before starting. Cost, travel and waiting time are all worth weighing together.

They take forever to do anything. It can be a simple hello it takes half a day. Block off your whole day if you have appointment here.
Been going there for over 5yrs, really good people, highly recommend it if you're trying to get clean..
Excellent staff friendly very helpful.... Fast... They help with everything even referrals for med ride and other resources you need
Your better off going some other place started our good now it's over an hour wait everyday to get dosed and the people there don't have a clue how to run a place!!! Waste of time!!
This Place Is Unprofessional, some of the counselors dont know how to do their job also some counselors dont like to make appointments for your assessment and try to say you have a hold when the girls at the front desk… said I DIDNT , Gives Attitude And Has Lied To My Face , At First It Was Great But Than The Place Went DownHill , workers walking out and working at different clinics and if that doesn't say anything than I dont know what will.
It's an awesome place. The staff is hands down great, they go out of their way to help with things. Bella is wonderful at her job and is one of their best people. The girls at the front Victoria and echo are awesome.… It's a good atmosphere for recovery. Give it a try it's easy to start you dose the same day just show up every day and before you know it you're years into recovery. This place has been such a big part of my life. Thank you all for being there and everything you all do.
The best program of it's kind around I know I been to all of them the staff well all the counselors and miss Victoria and Echo. I adore them girls
I'm coming up on my year In treatment here in December and I'm am grateful for the support, staff is hard working and respectful and dedicated to helping those who walk through those doors. I have to say I was terrified… I had been sober for 9 years and relapsed and mentally and emotionally I fell hard because of it but God showed me the way I walked into this place and I'm giving my all and really doing my best. Thankfully I found myself again because of this place. It's never to late to start over and get your life back. Blessings for those who chose to get the help and also to those who are still struggling please don't be afraid help is there and you are worth it please take the step into this wonderful place and get your life back your family is waiting for you!!!! God loves you! 💕 You are worth it and your stronger than you think you are. 💪🏼😏
This place is Amazing, thank God there are places like this.
Saved my life
Blood draw tech laura was amazing, I get a bit triggered from needles now and I'm a really hard stick and she made me feel at ease. Didn't even feel it and by the time I knew it we where done. Always good to have people… good at their jobs when it's a tough one. A+
I love love love this place, it was definitely the blessing I needed that helped me get out of the darkness and take back my life, the staff is so encouraging and caring and genuine the two girls in the front are… amazing and super welcoming and then all the ladies at the dosing windows are sincere and nice, the doc is awesome the the lady that has my case Bella is amazing.
What began as an easy way to make a quick buck for our fix each day soon evolved into a real and true blessing for both my wife and I! A twist of fate that she and I cannot be more thankful and appreciative for… stumbling into now more than 6 months ago! The clinic at 275 W. Abriendo is the whole reason for why my wife and I are no longer under the rock at rock bottom looking up at blue skies we couldn't go out in because we were only able to walk among the shadows, in the shade, at night in the pale glow of moonlight! So greatful are we!
I noticed that all the reviews are from years ago. And still there are some that were treated unfairly, and forced to leave if you voiced your concerns. Or someone was afraid you were going to expose the malpractice and… unprofessional standards that you're forced to abide by and keep your mouth shut if you want help. Everything is good in the beginning. Everyone acts kind and smiles. But once you're there long enough, and you speak out or speak up about something that you know isn't right. You're blacklisted, and believe me when I say they have the worse case of gossiping and spreading ones business that I have ever witnessed anywhere. Direct violations of Hippa were reported and as well as tampering with the UA's which was proven and all it did was open a door that created mistreatment and disrespectful attitudes, and from EVERYONE! So they whisper amongst one another and cover for one another as well. Filing a grievance is a joke there. They tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. Then if you voice your opinion or complain your viewed as the problem. Even speaking with the director made absolutely no difference. It was like talking to a wall. Everyone has an excuse or labels you a problem, and from there on who is going to want to listen to you or help? I was discharged with no warning and no hearing or chance to voice my side of the story. They instead called me to tell me because of my attitude I was being discharged. That's very professional. Everyone from especially the girls at the front desk have the poorest attitude and treat a person as if we are beneath them. Most of them walk around there like they hate their job, and these are people who you are coming to and depending on for help. Never have I seen such a level of poor communication and one sided justice. I worked my way up in the program to where I was only coming once every 2 weeks. Never missed a day. Never missed a session with counselors. Then one day I passed off the wrong person because she was having a bad day and decided to mind a private conversation that had nothing whatsoever to do with her. From that day forward, I started getting positive UA's, and they started taking my levels and what I worked so hard to earn. Not only did they disrupt my entire program, but my life and my sobriety was immediately put in danger, and the sad part is, they knew exactly what they were doing and what was going on. This is the only place I had ever seen, treatment wise, that doesn't allow you to seal both the bottle and the bag that your UA goes into. And they just go in a Tupperware container on the floor behind the desk. But when I fought it all and spoke up automatically the problems increased for me and I was forced out, putting my sobriety and life in danger of relapse and failing. I could see if there was an act of violence or threats of any kind. But because you were exposing an act of corruption and you know in your heart what you are doing is in not just your best interest, but those who will be coming here in the future seeking help and someone to listen to and believe in them. The worst feeling in the world is knowing that you have come so far and are doing so good and then something transpires that is out of your control, and there's not only nothing you can do about it, but no one there to listen to you and believe in you despite how good your progress shows you're doing and have done. At a time when an addict in recovery needs someone the most, at a point where it means the difference between saving a life and ruining one. They decided the answer was to throw a person back out to the streets. All in all it turned out to be a blessing in disguise though, cause I searched immediately for and found a new place where it's about as professional and up to date on everything as it gets. No wait time, not one frown or attitude, warm greetings on your way in and out, and a kiosk where you sign in and and a waiting area with a big screen tv and music playing while you wait. And they call your number almost immediately. God is good.
Terrible workers who should be fired
Staff here are very unprofessional to outsiders, and play favoritism to only those who conform to their authoritarian style of treatment. Since there are no one there who can be an advocate, and/or diplomat, employees… there tend to be, either, very miseducated & very outdated when it comes to over all knowledge of professional therapeutic treatment, or just down right unprofessional! The moment you start asking questions that relate to any kind of malpractice, they will black list you, being motivated by paranoia of being "thrown under the bus" of what violation are committed here. I've been in treatment since 2017, and these places have pushed me into wanting to obtain a career in the field of BH, all because of the way these facilities here in Pueblo operate (I.e., very toxically). Since the town is small, each clinic here is interrelated having family members, and/or friends working side by side, which ruins the human rights of confidentiality. What's worse is, the Doctors in these places, and the saturation of client's, makes an environment way less then "therapeutic". I've already lost several jobs/careers because of the over all negligence of the staff (I.e., having to wait in line). A lot of the employees there forget that these places were built to help, apart of the public that are already victims of neglect, and to come to a place to help relieve this neglect, which causes more neglect, creates fallacies, and only makes the whole experience not worth wanting to take, as a challenge! It is no wonder that there are so many who reject treatment. If it wasn't for me being as "tough as nails", I wouldn't have reached this far into my collegiate and scholastic career; I'm too semesters away from obtaining my associate of applied science degree in BH (42.5 credits ). I want to enter into this industry, not wanting to take anyone out of it, but to help the individuals like me who are not as resilient! It's not everyone who are the bad apples but those who cannot commit to professionalism make it worse for everyone else. I feel like these places need Reformation and need to really re-analyze how things are done at these places because already I have suffered so many scenarios of neglect, malpractice, and/or humans rights violations. Since these places were disconnected from the medical industry (70s), it is hard for clients to reach out to an advocate system like HR, or someone who could be the mediator when it comes to certain incidents that happen at these places (only a grievance system), because already I have went to so many and all they do is push you out to the next clinic, which makes it hard because you have to start all over to reach the incentive of phasing up after already being successful in the program. Right now I'm out in Colorado Springs, I've been there for quite a while, I've moved up already to almost the last phase in my treatment, my UA's come up clean, and my actions and behavior speaks for itself. I'm a full-time college student and I work part-time as a delivery driver. So anything these places have to say about me, is either hearsay, or just downright negligence, unprofessionalism, and/or low level cognitive gossip. I would love to go to a clinic that was close enough where I didn't have to travel so far away but since I'm not allowed in these places, for whatever reasons (told by a female director), which I think is illegal, I'm not able to do so. All I wish is that clients like me are treated with respect, fairness, and true professionalism, And to not be discarded because nobody knows what to do. Hopefully no one else has to go through what I have went through these last past 6 years here in Pueblo. Like I said I'm a high-valued client I've reached phase five I take home weekly take homes and I'm about to move up every other week take homes I'm very hyper focused proactive and resilient when it comes to having to deal with other people's behaviors. Hopefully somebody can read this and understand where my motivation comes from. Thank you to all who read!
They have given me my life back
Best clinic I've been to. Staff and administration are great Intake was a breeze. If you want help, and MAT is something you want to utilize, try this place.
If you need help this is the place 👌
Been here for a while, and even though I had relapsed a couple times, they still helped me through it without judging me, helped guide me through all of this, and my counselor Darice had literally saved my life!!!
Made the mistake of walking down abreindo with my family and stopping at the park next to this place. Within a few minutes of us being there my son notices a group of these people sitting at the playground smoking… whatever out of a glass bowl. Why is this place next to a playground? So this is a hang out for addicts to get high?
It's a great place for help if you need the help they will be there for you. Make sure your there early.
Awsome place they help so many people change their lives and get a whole new look at life.. Their are a few Counselors that don't help and u can pick them out but most and a majority of them do care and always have such… a good attitude and make it a positive enivornment.. I highly recommend it for people who need help...
If you enjoy being treated like a disgusting, second class addict, this is the place for you. They are rude, dehumanizing, hostile, and clearly undereducated and undertrained for their positions. This facility runs… nothing like the CTS in Colorado Springs. The Springs CTS really cares, and their staff treats you like a person. Pueblo CTS should be shut down. I am completely amazed that they can keep up with compliance.
This place has literally changed my entire life.🥰 The staff is amazing, and they've always been so friendly and supportive. I'm very lucky to go to this clinic. Highly recommend.
