The Matrix canter is hands down the best! I live in Riverside so it's kind of far to go but It's totally worth the drive! The dosing nurse is so sweet and she's fast. The counselors are awesome, it's really clean and… well run. My counselor has helped me so much. If you want your life back, The Matrix center is a good place to start. If you're taking this first step, I'm proud of you. It's a little hard at first but keep it up, you're going to get your life back!

The matrix center is absolutely amazing, I have been going here for several years. And it has truly changed my life for the better. The Matrix is the best and cleanest Clinic I have ever gone to. The counselors and nurses are wonderful and Chelsea goes up and beyond.

The matrix center has given me hope once again that freedom from addiction is indeed possible. I lost hope after leaving a different clinic but matrix is so much different in a much better way. The staff and counselors… seem to truly care, are incredibly welcoming with open arms and is completely judgement free. I couldn't recommend The matrix center more than I do. Speaking as an addict who recently came to matrix, if you need help from an addiction regardless of the severity, give them a try and let them treat you with the care and help you deserve and need. My only regret is not going to matrix sooner.

Very professional clinic that is there to help you not just money, counselors are very friendly and have never had an Isssue, also convienient hours for ppl that work extremely early. I won’t be switching clinics!

I drive a very long way to go to the matrix, but its because there's no better clinic in Wichita. Chelsea, my counselor went above and beyond for me, she is the best and so easy to talk to. All the counselors and Steve… are great. Rarely a wait ever, very clean and no drama or people congregrating outside. You won't regret coming to the Matrix if you need help. I promise

I've been going to the Matrix Center for a long time now. Everyone from the owner, to the counselor and Ms. Jessica at the window are awesome people. Great place to go when you're needing help. I've never in my 42 yrs… on this earth have met such CARING individuals. STEVE AND CHELSEA ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING!!!! They LISTEN with no judgment and will help you as long as you're helping yourself.

I’ve been coming to this treatment center for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s made a life-changing difference for me. Today I’m 234 days sober from fentanyl, and I truly don’t think I’d be here without the… support I’ve received. The staff here genuinely care and treat you like a person, not just another patient. A special thank you to Chelsea—she’s an amazing counselor who really takes the time to listen, understand, and guide you. Having someone like her in your corner makes all the difference. Recovery isn’t easy, but this place gives you the tools, support, and encouragement you need to keep going. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me and would highly recommend this program to anyone who’s serious about getting clean and changing their life.

I’ve had a lot of substance abuse issues over the years, by far this 7OH stuff has been the hardest to kick. This treatment center has not only been gracious but helpful in the aspect of some clients may need more… attention or services than others in the counseling area when it comes to getting the treatment they need. While it’s hard to ask for help they definitely want to help get you in the right direction. While my journey hasn’t been perfect by any means knowing I can get the extra counseling sessions without feeling “needy” has truly helped in my journey. Though sobriety isn’t the only end goal unpacking the trauma, triggers, and cycles. So thank you to everyone at this center

If you are in need of help and getting off of things and need something to help you along the lines of a client . I would definitely recommend this client. The matrix center is a very welcoming place. And I’m usually in… and out. Don’t have to wait more than 10 minutes. The staff are very helpful and I wish I could even come here without dosing so you’re looking for very homie, friendly understanding, family, friends, and community to build in your recovery. The people that own and run it are kind and genuinely care for those that need them.

I’ve been to a few places, but this clinic is on a different level. The owner, Steve, genuinely cares about the people here. I had a situation where insurance didn't cover my bill and I owed about $1,100. I had been… paying it off for months, but with over $500 still left, Steve told me for Christmas that he was wiping the debt clean. You just don't see that kind of compassion often in healthcare. ​My counselor is also amazing—very caring and actually takes the time to listen to what’s going on in my life without any judgment. Between the support from the staff and the nurse at the window (who is the nicest and fastest I’ve ever seen), the experience is great. I’m usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually has your back, I highly recommend coming here.

Have been going here for the last couple of years and it’s given me the opportunity to better my self in many different aspects of my life. Great people here that care about addiction and helping, Steve is the best and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, great to go to a non-judgmental place when your looking for help, I’ve had one other experience with… a clinic and this one can’t even compare!
