Chris at the front desk is an amazing individual that clearly values his role within Centerpoint. He speaks with respect, and knowledge. He once went beyond his expected responsibility and set me up to meet with my… provider when I had discovered that I had walked to Centerpoint, and my provider wasn't there. While she most certainly was there, he still set me up in a private room when he could have opted to do nothing. Thank you, Chris! Additionally, the providers here are quality people. Truly worthy of the "Exeptional" rating. I'd like to futher nominate others, but I don't want to disclose too much information. I'm certain they know who they are!

Tristan and Matthew were wonderful! I'm grateful for their help. They've helped me transition to other professionals and keep important medication as I've moved. If I'm ever back in Rexburg, I'll be coming back!

The front staff is polite. The therapist my daughter has seen Ambrya was a complete waste of time. Low skill set, low caliber of “therapy”. Cut a 50 minute session to 35 minutes because she ran out of things to ask. I… want my money back not going to lie.

My family use Dr. jim Mccoy for help with medications and medical care. This is a patient, caring professional who will work with you at your pace. I cannot recommend him enough.

The therapists there have been flexible with my schedule and it has been amazing to schedule session three months in advance. Definitely recommend these therapists that really helped me!

The front desk is terrible. On multiple occasions, I have been told incorrect or false information. I’ve been told the wrong dates for appointments multiple times. This has caused me to show up *at the office* when I… did not have an appointment, and to have to cancel plans so I am able to attend my incorrectly scheduled appointments (the waitlists are too long to reschedule, especially when I need medication). I’ve also been told that my insurance would cover something 100%, when they don’t cover any of it. (In this situation, I triple checked that the receptionist understood what I was asking). On top of all of this, I got charged for a missed therapy appointment that I had never even scheduled. The appointment was for a therapist I had never seen. While they did refund me, they had no clue why the appointment had been scheduled in the first place. Overall, I don’t recommend Centerpoint Counseling. I have had far too many troubles with their staff.

I’ve been meeting in private sessions and in the betrayal/trauma and transformation/resilience groups with Steffanie Jensen for over two years now! She is warm and caring and has been very helpful to me in my particular… situation. The groups have provided so much good information to learn and grow with and the support and fellowship of the group members is also amazing. I would highly recommend Steffanie and center point counseling in general :)

Cancelled appointments with almost no notice and charged me when I needed to reschedule and called hours prior. Front office staff is often talking loudly about patients within earshot of waiting room. I heard all sorts… of tea while I waited for my appointment, which usually started dar after it was supposed to.

My best counseling experiences have been here. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I felt that those I interacted with were very knowledgable and willing to take the time to listen. I especially loved the grief… group that is available. I would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with some form of grief in their life!

We had to part ways with centerpoint. They did not disclose that they were charging $35 extra 6 out of 8 visits for going a few minutes over the allotted time. The receptionist also lied and said that because it had… already ran through insurance, there wasn't anything they could do. It would have been fine if she said that they chose to not do anything about the extra charges. The therapist was adequate, but used a lot of the time to show videos of other therapists that could have been watched as homework. The lack of trust ended the possibility of ever going back. Update: The owner of Centerpoint reached out and had a great conversation with me. She has made three policy changes to address the issues I had and also waived the extra fees. Because of their willingness to make things right I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4.

Wast of time.

Everyone here is really nice and great at working with my individual needs. After meeting with my therapist for a few months, I was able to get an emotional support animal who has made a huge difference for me. They… also have some evening appointments sometimes as late as 6pm available and can schedule appointments several months in advance so my work schedule has not been an issue.

Calm environment and well trained professions. I like it there.

Lizzie is an amazing counselor! She is an empathetic and engaged listener. She also is open to feedback in her style of therapy, which was so nice because I’ve never felt comfortable enough with a counselor to ask them… to change! She is great about seeing both sides of any issue, and my husband and I have loved seeing her for couples counseling! The ladies at the front desk are the absolute sweetest!! They remember me, and do their very best to help me get the appointment times that work best for me! I cannot say enough good things about centerpoint counseling!

I have always had a hard time finding and connecting with counselors but Steffanie Jensen is THE best counselor I have ever had. She makes you feel very safe and comfortable and really wants to get to the root of the… problem.

Steffanie helped me so much with the leftover trauma from my ex-husband. She taught me vital steps and skills to help me function on my own again and work through the abuse. Thank you SO MUCH, STEFF!

Extremely disappointed with this place. Very unprofessional on the phone and Desiree was very rude to try and interact with. I feel this place has over charged me and refused to do anything about it. When I asked if… this was really how they treat there patients I was shocked with this persons rude response. So I advise everyone to please choose a different more compassionate place to go. Save yourself the awful experience i have had.

I loved going here, the staff are all really kind and I’ve never had any issues with them. They also have great hours!

Steffanie Jensen is the most down to earth person with a kind spirit making her able to relate to her clients well. She is full of knowledge which does not come across as intimidating. She leads a fantastic group of… women that strengthens relationships socially, emotionally, mentally and even physically. I appreciate what she does for her clients! Kandi Manley is a professional best friend! She is the most open-hearted and listens very well. She knows how to help you open up by making you feel comfortable talking about anything. She is trust-worthy and validating!

I really appreciate Stephanie Jensen and the help she gave me when I was going through some really hard times with a family member. She helped me understand more and gave me a lot of insight about their situation and… what they were feeling. Even though it is still hard at times It has definitely helped me to be more patient and understanding.

Stephanie Jensen is amazing! I love how she works to connect with the each individual to identify what's hurting them and helps them to work through their fear or fears. She is great at encouraging each person find… their own strength and helps them implement strategies and tools to keep them safe in those unsafe moments. She has helped our family through some scary times and I'm so grateful for her hard work. We worked through some painful 6 years and got great results where we have had peace. Very grateful for Stephanie.

This office has great providers that truly care for their clientele. They are well educated and have a lot of different resources for different issues that people may be experiencing. I would highly recommend any of the… counselors here!
