The weather was very hot, and the AC wasn’t even turned on. My mother felt close to fainting because of the heat. For a healthcare facility, this feels negligent and unacceptable, especially for sick or elderly patients.

Receptionist lady is rude

I actually like this place, and it's really nice and cozy. First, the receptionists are really kind to show me the way and help on my process. Second, my new psychotherapist is super kind and has a cozy room to talk to… too. Third, they accepted my Medi-Cal and helped me with my insurance. Overall, this place is quite wonderful to go to for my therapy sessions as I transition from a program I used to be at. Southland, you're awesome!🥰

I highly recommend Southland Integrated Services! My mother has been going here for some time and she loves it here! She has a case manager name Caroline, she follows up with me serval times a month. I also can text her… whenever I have questions or concerns. The NP that my mom is seeing is very tentative to my mother's care. I love how convenient their transportation services for the senior are with other appointments needs. Highly recommend this medical agency to our community!

Doctors and staff have always been great! They really care about what's best for you, the patient.

I gave this medical facility a low rating because of the extremely long appointment times, taking 2-3 months to get an appointment. Then they called back and informed me I had to reschedule my appointment for the… following month because they were short of doctors. That's a ridiculous and absurd reason. Rescheduling my appointment has affected my work, and more importantly, it has impacted my health. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service. I hope the management will address this issue and prevent such situations from happening again.

Worst doctors ever! They refuse to refill my prescription I need for my autoimmune disorder. Their stupid excuse is that long term use of prednisone causes damage! That's for me to decide! All drugs come with risks!!!!… If I don't have my medicine I can die!!!

The worst medical group ever do not go here unless you want a horrible service and rude staff! They messaged up with my medication that I’m supposed to take every single day and come to find out they want to see me… first in order to refill when I’ve been on this medication for years! This really is messing with my mental health ! I will process to sue this place as they keep neglecting my meds!

The medical staff are great. Very friendly and professional. They need some clerical help. They aren't always the most organized, but overall I've always had a great experience.

Nga Do, NP is my mom physician. I initially chose this clinic for my mom because of Dr. Thuy Anh Nguyen but found out that other doctors are as also as good. Nga Do is beyond what we could expect from a regular family… doctor. I have taken my mom to many physicians but no one has provided such exceptional quality of care. Most doctors would not take more than 15 mins each visit and always seem to rush you out as soon as possible. Dr. Nga Do has always been patient with my mom and sincerely care for her health and well being. My mom is so fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Do and I can't thank her enough. Please keep up the good work! P/S: Dont underestimate NP. They are just as good as MD/DO. I would definitely recommend Nga Do to all my friends and family.

Started calling at 7am and was on hold for 4 separate calls, back to back as number 1 in queue, then around 745, the hold mag changed to leave a msg and hung up on me. I called back and the msg changed to closed for… holiday, open monday. Today is Monday, and then forwarded to after hours personel. If the clinic opens at 7am, someone should be on the phones, or notify patients, calls will not be taken till 8am. This has been happening for years. Any job I have had that had to be open at a scheduled time, ment ready to go at that time, not getting in the door and work when your ready. Show up early, start computers and openning procedures, and open door and phones on time, and answer them. I would have written up employees for not being ready on time.

I called this clinic to verify services they offer incase we ever need to refer our patients for services that we cant provide. At our clinic we provide mostly STD testing and treatment, HIV care, Prep, pep and hep C… care. And almost always our patients have no insurance and need to desperately see a primary care physician. The front office assistant was impossible to understand, and she could not tell me what services they were currently providing confidently, which seems like something anyone working a front office should know upon being hired. So either she was not trained properly upon being hired or the organization isn't screening new hires. I have not been to this clinic in person but hopefully the services are adequate.

Terrible services, super Asian’s style customer service as special with lady in Red was sitting at checking in she didn’t have patient and rude.

This is the worst of all the worst. I took me friend to have treatment of a cut in his r/h pinky After routine admission, the nurse gone to the back room & consulted with some one then, come out telling my friend that… they don’t have the right equipment to Sevice his deep cut!!!the point is, they did not even look @ the wound & how can they know how deep the cut was???? The only reason I can think of is because he is paying by the medical even his choosers family’s doctor is Nguyen Thuy Anh MD. Is practice there.
