They are good to me. They have helped with a lot of my issues and are flexible with appointments.
This place help me become my own payee long time ago!
The office staff does not follow through as promised I have been calling for about 6 weeks for a family member to be scheduled for an intake following up regularly and being told we would be called back in 3-5 days then… after the latest follow up and being told someone would call back they left a message that they are full till the end of the calendar year and referred us to another clinic. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Will be following up with upper management as this is unacceptable.
I don't like the therapists provided for my son he has had two and both are not that good. My son is under 18 years old
Please look elsewhere for therapy! very unprofessional and do not call back. Mental illness is real and should not be taken lightly, this office should take their profession serious! you don't know what other people are… going through.
Because of the antidepressant medication they gave my granddaughter she now has heart problems 😡
I’ve been battling for 6 months to receive medication after being seen once by a psychiatrist. After our first appointment he never honored the second, and today alone I was blown off in the morning by Rachel Ardoin. I… was instructed to call the office and speak for rescheduling and the rude front desk only scheduled me a second appointment for later in the afternoon once I complained heavily and after all that the second psychiatrist, Dr. Ali, also completely blew me off and didn’t even show up to our appointment! How do you mess up so badly you deny an at risk patient possibly life saving medication TWICE IN THE SAME DAY?!
My son has been going to the clinic in Santa Fe Springs for 4 years. No progress at all! He keeps getting different doctors, because they leave. Today, he needed his medication refilled, but they refused!! He has… schizophrenia, bipolar and depression. He CANNOT BE OFF HIS MEDS!! I called an attorney.
They are very rude. Their voicemail is always full and they do not answer their phones ever. I do not know how they are even in business. Michelle in their call center has zero customer service skills. Never would I… recommend this place to anyone
This place has only made things worse while I’ve begged them to help. It’s a circus staff. I was referred here by my doctor after I had a traumatic loss. 8 months in now and I don’t even have a designated therapist or… prescriber. Well done..
Care about the profit not the priority of the patient/victim
Just know if anything happens to me I'm suing this place. Because they are responsible. If I catch COVID-19 because they wanna move me to a different place because they wanna fill up a new house I'll send them to court.… Because my life and health is at risk.
They are unreachable during the pandemic. What number can I call to request information as a customer?
I came in as a regular client once I got gain involved I was told to get calworks counseling my therapist forced me to get a job or sign me up for activities and didn’t sign my form to stop a sanction until I… participate in those activities I told her I was going through depression and I need more therapy therapist said I am not on depression I was sanctioned and really made my situation worst and also use what I talked about during therapy session against me and that’s how they figured out I don’t have money issues wow and don’t need extra time on my time limit screw them
Highly recommend. They always find a way to help.
I’ve been coming here for a few months at first I didn’t like the wait but it was worth the wait good things come from it I learned but there are some bad apple anywhere you go! But honestly here at this clinic they… listen to me they took care of my need and help me understand what I am going though, life is so hard with people labeling me ADHA but you guys and gals specially @GabrillanaGutierrez,MSW Mental Health Therapist (seen on your card gabby) she trully has help me through so much. Idk where I’d be in life literally right now if she was not my therapist. Thank you @PacificClinics for having such an understanding and patient person working for you. With the amount of episodes I have had she still manage to treated me with the same great attitude she had when she meet me. Thank you gabby and Pacific clinics for all your amazing attention and listening it has me who I am today:) so Happy with my life!
It’s imporant for me to get help and get better but this place won’t help you. The staff is very rude and unprofessional I’ve seen them talk bad about people who come in BEGGING for help and don’t know what certain… terms mean...even though it’s their job and the woman who gave me my new prescription was yawning in my face and burping the entire time, this place needs a whole new staff who actually enjoy what they do, want to help people, and actually care I’m very disappointed
