My experience at the Olhos de Água Clinic 💦 was the only one that freed me from all my problems from 30 years ago. From the therapy team, to the monitors, the accounting, the cook and the group.. I can only thank you… for the way I was received and treated throughout my 5 and a half months.. Thanks to my advisor Mário Dias. I underwent a year of treatment at this clinic, which positively changed my life. Today I am a happy person and I can say that now I am truly living and I feel grateful to everyone who was part of my progress, who… helped and supported me, with the guidance of excellent professionals. It was an excellent stay. I was cared for there exactly 6 years ago. I underwent 6 months of treatment and am still recovering today. I grew up in this house. Thank you.
Well, my story goes back to 2012... Even the infrastructure wasn't as visible as it seems to make you think! That's not where our decision to give up and ask for help begins! I asked, but I quickly ended up listening to… my "evil little devil" and it harmed me... But I consider it an excellent place to start the process... Now, truth be told, I don't know the therapeutic team!!!
I underwent treatment at the clinic for 5 months, received excellent care, and on the 21st I completed one year of recovery! You can only help those who want to be helped!
Staff unhelpful and the Dr just wanted to go home as he kept repeating its past 5pm (I arrived at 5pm).... Not allowed to use phone or laptop the whole time in there and sadly that isnt an option for people with jobs. I… would avoid this place. Coimbra, Casa de Olivieros is much better than this mockery of an institute.
Outrageous. A mafia that needs to be investigated. Profiting from serious societal and health problems like addiction is a crime. This institution is a complete farce, a money-making machine at the expense of others'… misfortune, and should be reported to health and legal authorities.
