Dr is good. Wait times/ scheduling is ridiculous. Always get scheduled for 12:30 after their lunch & when I arrive at 12;30 I have to wait 30 mins for them in the lobby to settle in back to work. I get a later… appointment & waited an hour in lobby because they’re taking care of walk ins & then rushed out because they’re closing. Got there at 12:48 for my 12:30 & got rescheduled. Even though there was no one else in the facility. Doesn’t make sense.
So very unsatisfied with this medical group we have been calling numerous times left vms and yet they never return the call and your on hold for a good 10 min bef it transfer u to there vm .
I took my IHHS paperwork to the doctor over a month ago and still haven't received them back so I was dropped from IHHS and have to start this crap all over. I've been calling almost every day and still haven't got… nothing but lies. She will call you back smh very unsatisfied
After waiting 2 hours with an appointment for my baby girl immunization. They wanted me to go see a different doctor for her immunization. Then after waiting for 2 hours for a few shots my baby happens to find this in… “Exam room 5” on the floor
This is a good clinic. We are so lucky to have any Drs in our little town, but they are good and they care about patients. I hope they stay here for a long time.
Bad experience with Deborah. I needed her to sign a document for my job, and she agreed. She ordered tests and made me go to two appointments, but in the end, she told me it wasn't her responsibility to sign it! So why… did she send me to the lab and waste my time?
The Dr is a very good Dr and all the staff very friendly.
