Nice and friendly very informative

This organization desperately needs a complete overhaul. From the outside, they claim to care about the community, but it quickly becomes obvious that profit is the only real priority here. The lack of organization and… internal structure is glaring. Communication with patients is incredibly poor—expect missed callbacks, confusion around scheduling, and zero consistency. Behind the scenes, it’s clear they do not value the people actually doing the work, as they underpay their staff and provide absolutely no clear direction or leadership. When a company cuts corners on employee compensation and basic organization, the quality of care inevitably suffers. There are serious ethical concerns regarding how this place is run, and it feels much more like a disorganized cash-grab than a professional practice. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I love this service. It is so helpful.

I was reassigned a therapist and given a new appointment without my agreement. I had to go through this hassle of cancelling that and also getting a refund for a session my previous therapist missed. The head admin… means well though and so do the therapists. It might be an issue of disorganization or being too busy.

I really try to extend grace when dealing with others in healthcare but outside of dealing with Dr. Brown directly this has been a horrible experience.
