C TRILOGY IS THE BEST. THEY HAVE THE MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DOCTORS THERE. ESPECIALLY DR. PAMELA BRADLEY SHE IS THE BEST.

What can I say that could truly express the gratitude I have for C- Trilogie. They are more than Dr's, techs, nurses. The truly care about each and every patient. Because of changes made in my med regiment and therapy.… I have reached milestones I did t think possible.

This practice does not collaborate with parents. Concerns about medication side effects were ignored, communication was one-sided, and inpatient hospitalization was repeatedly pushed instead of reassessment. When I… advocated for my child and requested a psychiatrist evaluation, CPS was called in retaliation. The case was investigated and closed. I would not recommend this practice to any parent who expects transparency, respect, or shared decision-making. If you are looking for a mental health provider who listens, communicates, and treats parents as partners rather than obstacles — this is not that place. If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would.

10/10 don’t recommend. For a place that specializes in mental health the receptionist most definitely made it seem like it was an error on my part when my appointment was “cancelled” without notice due to the provider… not having availability. She was very pushy for me to see another provider even though my primary had referred me to this one calling her a trusted friend that he wanted me to see. Her words were our PCP’s don’t understand her schedule. After a month and a half wait for this appointment(because of her schedule), I show up to be told my appointment had been cancelled and there was now no availability until October. What she didn’t know is this- I’m 3 days out from it being 3 years since my husband died. I had to drag myself to this appointment against even my own will. Thankfully it seems I may have dodged a bullet here. I simply told her this is probably just not where I am meant to be. Double check your appointments(yourself) if you choose to come here.

Professional and they were very helpful. They even have an in house pharmacy. I recommend it for your health needs.
