Cayuga Addiction Recovery Servs – Ithaca Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Cayuga Addiction Recovery Servs – Ithaca providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Cayuga Addiction Recovery Servs – Ithaca Address, Location and Contact Information

The site is at 334 West State Street in Ithaca, New York, 14850. Tompkins County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Was in men's facility for 4 months and was worst experience in a recovery facility in could imagine. I am currently 8.5 months sober and preparing for continuing education. But aside from nursing, not the head nurse Deb… D. And most of the R.C's and counselors there were many dedicated employees. But those in position of authority such as House manager Paula, Facility manager JoAnne and Deb D. They have no right to hold those positions. There were people noticeably abusing their narcotic meds as well as being overmedicated. Gay sex was going on. Racism and threats and physical incidents all swept under the rug. Loving conditions are abhorrent, place looks as if being kept up by drug abusers. OSHA would have a field day there. But for the dedicated staff members the place is just a sober shelter

All they care about is money not helping people I was fresh out of jail probation made me go they asked for my 5$ copay i told them I didn't have it and the only way for me to get money was to sell drugs once it got to… $40 i owe them they said they dont care how i get the money but not to come back without my $5 I switched to alcohol and drug counseling and they let it build to over $200 without saying anything ever also when my cousin went to cars she said that she smoked weed one time two years earlier didn't like it and has never done a drug or had a drink since and they put her in opr also last example for why they suck I was in opr they almost kicked me out for taking the food that they were going to throw away and bringing it to homeless people
