Just go to Binghamton or Sayre. They hate vets here. Only Dr. Dauria and the woman who draws blood are the only helpful people in the whole building and they will be missed. Ever since they move to this location it has… gotten worse and worse. This clinic is not actually run by the VA and is run by some shitty private company that doesn't give a shit. If you really need help don't go here. You won't get it.
Always rude over the phone. Dr. Garber is great if you can make it past the leviathan.
Goodluck getting getting through. I never answer the phone. Several times ive made appointments, shown up for appointments and it's not in the system and had to reschedule because they messed up.

Great VA clinic with exceptional medical care.
Care at this facility is TERRIBLE! I was involved in an accident which resulted in a broken hand. I went to the local hospital who informed me that my hand was broken and that I needed to be seen by orthopedics. Since… Tompkins county VA is my primary care I needed a referral from them. I called Monday-Friday trying to obtain a referral (the VA doesn't have a hand specialist). I was told by the staff that it would take a long time to obtain the referral. On Saturday, a week after being broken, I had to drive to the Syracuse VA Emergency room to get the referral. They couldn't believe that I was having that much trouble. They were great and did their job unlike the Tompkins County facility.
