Excellent place to get dentures! Worked on sliding scale plus got me a grant to help pay for it. Couldn't be happier with the process and how great they turned out. Thank you Dr.Collier and his amazing team!

I will always speak highly of Dr. Jack and his team in St.Peters and also the Wentzville office. But after my experience with the Warrenton office today I myself will find a different primary and will never take my kids… there again. While the doctor and nurses were great I was trying to handle some billing issues while holding my 1 year old who was trying to get down my 3 year old was running around being a 3 year old. Apparently the lady in the office to the right has either never had kids this age or hers just sat still at a drop of a dime. She walked out and rudely asked is anyone with you talking to him when I said me she literally just gave me a look and then eyed him the whole way to her office. If my kids are not welcome somewhere then I for sure will not be going there. Yes he needed to take a seat but as most 3 year olds they are still learning and full of energy. This is not something that comes easy to them. Do better Compass!

Not very happy with the service here. Don't really feel like they were listening, kind of dismissive.

Clean bathrooms and ample parking.

Made an appointment because I couldn’t get to St. Louis to do a full hormone panel test. I went in thought they understood what I was needing. When I got the call for my test results they had test everything but my… hormones was tested. I expressed I had already been tested for the regular stuff at ssm. Didn’t even bother talking to me about if they wanted to prescribe a medicine to see where I was if I’ve taken it before and prescribed a medication that I didn’t even need and that will hurt my body over time. Never had a doctor do that. My experience. Completely not why I was there. I was already working ssm weight loss clinic because of those results. So my conclusion the girl who took my call didn’t listen to what I needed and didn’t convey that to the doctor when she made my appointment. The nurse practitioner didn’t care why I was there like a thought. Because how could you do all of that and did everything but why I was there. The nurse wouldn’t listen to me either. I felt like she was just arguing and didn’t care that I was upset because my hormones had no results. She didn’t care about what was important to me. . I’ve have spent weeks since this visit more depressed than I was. Don’t go here.

Dentist seems good, they take my insurance.

I have a love hate relationship with compass. The doctors my son sees are great, but the communication is lacking. There have been multiple times in the last year where I have gotten outright incorrect information from… multiple different people. One person will tell you one thing, next person will tell you something totally opposite then you are stuck trying to figure out what the correct information is. Not a single employee there is on the same page as the others. When you communicate your frustration to a nurse you're told "oh I know its awful here no one knows what they are doing or how to communicate and pass important information along" Something seriously needs done about this, especially when you're dealing with a child's mental health and no one is on the same page.

Highly skilled and friendly staff. 5 star facilities. Extremely clean.

Terrible people who make you get clean for 3 to 6 months if you want to be treated for ADHD. Why is the link between ADHD and substance misuse so ignored? Why don't you give people a chance and let them get to… experience life while being actually medicated. SSRIS/SNRIs is all these people offer they refuse to help anywhere else despite the severity and the amount of symptoms I have. I would be at a MAJOR advantage in not wanting to misuse a substance or turn to substance use if I were actually properly medicated but nope you guys just leave us to suffer forever unable to watch TV and have my brain register what Im watching. But Im expected to sit for 3-6 months like that if I want to be medicated. Its inhumane every day sucks and It takes all my last bit of energy and effort to concentrate on anything and Im forced to self medicate because all Im given is a weak SSRI/SNRI that on week 6 hasn't benefitted me much at all.

Compass Health Network is truly a one-stop shop for healthcare, and they treat every single patient with dignity. The front desk, the dental team, and the pharmacy staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming.… Whether you have insurance or not, they offer a sliding scale and make sure low-income families actually get the care they need without judgment. I absolutely LOVE their dentist, Dr. Collier. I cannot give this man enough credit. He is genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest souls I’ve ever met in the medical field — and I worked in nursing for many years, so that says a lot. His bedside manner, patience, and compassion are unmatched. And the girls in the pharmacy? Top tier. Fast, helpful, respectful, and always smiling. I’ve never once felt rushed, looked down on, or dismissed here. Just kindness and real care every single time. Highly recommend.

Have been going there for years. I have always been happy with both the medical side and the pharmaceutical side. Love the girls at the pharmacy. So down to earth. Very nice people and very helpful. They get me in… pretty quick and Dr Greenwell is thorough in explaining things. The nurses are very nice, great bedside manner and down to earth too.

If you really cared about mental health, you would not have got rid of insurance cigna, for those who need mental health..They care more about profiting, then help in patience. Happy new year to me. I was treated justly, fairly, and in the proper manner. You spoke to me in a kind tone and welcomed me with a comforting smile. You even turned my chair around warmly, which put my mind at ease. I should have asked the… doctor who treated me for relationship advice. He is certainly cultured and knowledgeable, so he would have given me wise advice.

I have no issues with primary care but scheduling in Behavioral is like pulling teeth. In April, I was told my psych appointment had been cancelled and they left me a voicemail. I never got that voicemail but I let it… go because I was trying to change the appt anyway. Fast forward to this month, I come in for my appointment with my psych on the 4th (drove across town and got absolutely soaked in the rain) only for them to tell me my appointment is on the 11th. It's been in my calendar as the 4th and I get that sometimes people mess up but I am very conscientious when it comes to appointments and don't leave scheduling until I'm sure I have the correct date and time in my calendar so I am certain I wrote it down correctly. Rest assured, they did gaslight me and try to make feel like I was losing my mind. I'm done. Feels stupid having to drive to a physical location to see someone online anyway. Doesn't make sense why I have to come in, I have internet at home

This is my 2nd visit to compass dentistry with the same dentist. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. And the dentist was awesome as usual. He always explains all of my options and… possible outcomes good or bad. I would recommend them to my friends and loved ones.

So, Compass in Warrenton is a good place to go. They're gentle when cleaning and accommodating with the process. The employees are friendly too. But, I've had an appointment scheduled for 6 months for myself and my wife… for tomorrow 4/3/25. I got a call tonight, after 5pm on 4/2/25 saying that they no longer cover my insurance and that they dropped Delta back in February. Today, the evening before my appointment, I get a call telling me that I'll have to pay it out of pocket if I still want to go to it. This is ridiculous that this was the first time I heard about it and now I have to find a new provider and get re-set up and wait several more months to be seen.

Absolutely hands down best ever. I filled out all paperwork on line. Super easy check in. Bam they were call us in. Super sweet educated staff eager to help us understand our many questions, Top off all 3 family members… radom ages still one location. Then pharmacy in house too absolutely blessed my family with more time not driving to separate locations then to pharmacy too. And i got my first bday card ever from doctors or pharmacy and im old. I set out for a long day and omg it was all over so fast and efficient. Thank you to everyone staffed. I felt like a million bucks today.

I feel extremely blessed to have this medical facility available for my medical needs, I absolutely love the Genoa pharmacy girls they are the absolute best in the profession 😁 The Check in personnel are great 😃 Doctor… Baltis is very professional and impressive with his knowledge, I feel his personal concerns with my issues. Lisa,is my choice to get professional medical assistant when Dr Baltis is fully scheduled, Lisa is very professional and concerned with helping me with my issues, she listens to my concerns and issues, she always explains things to me so I can understand the process of my medical needs, I Would Absolutely Recommend This Facility To All My Friends And Family , I Feel Very Blessed To Have These Professionals And Facility Available For All My Medical Needs !!
