Unfortunately, they don't take care of the relatives. Is it a lack of resources, staff, or time?

I spoke with a pleasant and understanding person on the phone when I made the appointment. The wait time for an appointment was approximately two months. On arrival, it took about five minutes for the receptionist to… create my file. It's best to arrive a little early for your first appointment. You don't need to give your last name; you can just give your first name. You don't need your health insurance card or any other form of identification, and there's no payment required. The psychologist I saw was running a little late. He apologized, and our session went well; I felt respected and understood. Regarding accessibility for people with reduced mobility: I had no problems as a manual wheelchair user. There is an access ramp to the building's entrance gate; however, it is quite long, steep, narrow, and potentially slippery. The building's courtyard gate and entrance door are quite heavy, without automatic opening, and the intercom is only accessible by raising your arm. The elevator is large enough for approximately two wheelchairs. I haven't yet checked the accessibility of the restrooms.

uninteresting people

We're passed from one call to another, appointments aren't recorded, we're supposed to get a call back but never hear anything... and I'm not even mentioning the contempt shown by the people we speak to (sighing on the… phone, etc.). I'm at a loss for words to describe this deplorable service.

A very good support center, with excellent listening skills. I've seen them save lives on several occasions. They are underfunded, but the staff are dedicated to helping people who are genuinely committed to getting… better.
