Appalling follow-up, they don't care about the patients. Appointments are never respected and messages go unanswered; it's scandalous for psychological support.

A top-notch team.

Excellent team and excellent follow-up. The only downsides are the opening hours and the difficulty in getting an appointment. You have to go through your primary care physician for the first appointment. But once… that's done, the team is always available and attentive during opening hours. I think that for them, the opening hours are due to budget cuts by successive governments, so it's not their fault.

It's shameful. I've been asking for help for several months now, and I'm met with total indifference; nobody cares.

A very good team, and one that's also innovative. This service will soon be making headlines; it's already addressing the growing crisis of medication addiction: morphine, benzodiazepines, and many others, along with… the potential for misuse. It's the first center to open a medication addiction service. The staff is always attentive and caring; they're there to help you, if you're willing, to build the foundations of your new life.

I've stopped using illicit substances. I wanted support to help me with this process. I called the center this morning, and on the phone I was met with a very tactless woman who brushed me off, telling me I had to… register at the beginning of the month (even though this isn't mentioned on the website). Luckily, I have a good support system; someone without it would have easily relapsed after this exchange. I hope that after this message, this person, who claims to be a healthcare professional, will better understand the importance of her position.

The team at the Lyon HEH CSAPA (Addiction Treatment and Prevention Center) has always been very available, including Dr. Bismuth, who treated me for a year and a half and whom I thank immensely. Starting addiction… treatment is a sign of courage; persevering to secure a place is even more admirable; maintaining it is probably harder, but achievable! Best of luck to those embarking on this journey ;)

Despite several contacts, no appointment or follow-up.

Refusal to treat a patient in great distress. A feeling of abandonment and total indifference. It's tragic. They're not providing follow-up care because they no longer have a doctor.

Nephrology Department. Pavilion P has four floors. It houses the Intensive Care Unit, two other units including a transplant unit, a hemodialysis and plasmapheresis unit, and a top floor dedicated to administration and… the Bol d'R association. It's a large and very active pavilion with innovative medical and paramedical equipment at the forefront of medicine and research. However, the building itself, despite being renovated eight years ago, is showing its age.
