Exodus Transitional Community Inc – New York Detox and Rehab Services

Exodus Transitional Community Inc – New York is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Exodus Transitional Community Inc – New York Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 2276 3rd Avenue, New York, New York, 10035. New York County covers this area. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

The Exodus program provides excellent assistance, especially for individuals who are formally incarcerated. I am very impressed with their assistance and will most certainly propagate their services. I would also like… to add that their Work Force Coordinators do an extraordinary job. Thank you Precious!!

This entire team was a clear representation of togetherness and upliftment. Mr. Keith Gaffney and Mr. Mike Steedley were phenomenal facilators whom's positive energy kept me engaged even though, I entered the program… expecting to stay only a few minutes and depart because I didn't expect much. Fortunately, this was not the case and thank you so much to Mrs. Jennifer Mendez (Housing Specialist), Mrs. Arroyo (Case Manager) and Nicole (Office Manager). I'm not the most religious but the love that this team casted generated belief and hope. Thank you to everyone! Angel Lopez

A place that asks "have you had anything to eat?" first and foremost. A place that also wants to teach you how to fish, instead of only giving you fish. They provide any services after completion of a solid 5 day job… training "Wilderness Program". They build up invididuals, especially those who have been in hard circumstances, give them resume building, interviewing, and ultimately referrals to job interviews. This is the place to go if you need to move out of a low place and move forward with your life, or "level up".
