I actually see David Burrows in Orem Utah. The company as a whole is amazing. They're very easy to work with for the initial set up and filling out the new patient forms. They didn't argue when I explained my Health… Savings Account is automatic and will cover my out of pocket cost without a separate card. They have answered any questions I have had with patience. David is fantastic. He is very compassionate and validating. He gives work based on my needs. In the few months that he has been my therapist, I already feel that I have made so much progress. Finding a fit therapist takes a lot of work if you're seeking for the first time y'all. Have patience with yourself and with the counselors as you go through therapist after therapist. There are loads of good therapists that may not be a good fit for you, and that's okay. You've got this.

I deeply value the work that I have witnessed David Burrows provide for his clients. As members of the Peer Reviewed Counselor consultation group, we provided and receive feedback over direct observations each other's… work. I have greatly valued working with David in this Capacity. David provides his clients with a warm atmosphere with his calming presence. He thinks deeply about his client's struggles and helps them to navigate the deeper parts of themselves to assist them with healing. If you are looking for a counselor who can help you with deeper exploration of self, I highly recommend David Burrows!

When my child was sent home from schoom sick and I called to cancel they still charged me a 50.00 cancel fee. I could not help that he had got sick and it had never happened before. Despite going to this place for 8… months with no cancels they would not budge.

Sent me to collections over $30 and never sent me a paper bill. Too expensive and not enough experience in counselors. Need on sight Psychologist instead of bouncing around the entire building for help. I get better… help doing things myself than through this horrid people.

They don't answer their phone.

I appreciate this agency and Karen Lacy so much. I have been coming here for therapy and I believe that they have a goal to help their clients succeed. The front desk is compassionate and caring about their clients.… Karen is a great therapist, wise, and is trained well in EMDR for trauma. I recommend and endorse this agency.

Therapists are great but their billing department is the worst! You want to get in debt or not have them work with you then go here! Crazy how other places are willing to work with us but these guys nope! Worst place to… go.

Loved this place - saw Kristine for less than a year and made so much progress. With her help, I reached my goals and improved my quality of life. I highly recommend.

This office and team are outstanding. The reception team is friendly, welcoming, and kind - and the therapist team is amazing! They offer a variety of therapy solutions, are are consistently educating themselves on… additional tools they can provide their clients. Family Solutions Counseling has been the best therapy experience I've ever had. They're wonderful at Trauma-informed care and I've have been the most myself I've ever been with their help. Anna (owner and therpist) is… amazing and creates a safe environment for me to heal, and I always feel welcome when Marissa and Adria (receptionists) greet me when I come in!
