Golden steps is amazing this place helped me turn my life around

Golden steps left me on the street with no help in a time where I needed it most. On top of this, one of their staff Nicole decided to slander me and spread lies about me in the recovery community in Logan. I don’t… think it screams “professionalism” to call someone a psycho who is trying to get help and claim they are stalking you because they are calling to get admitted and are scared of being on the street. Thanks a lot Nicole! You guys will go down as the worst treatment facility I’ve ever tried getting treatment at. I also want to add that Nicole allowed another patient to convince me I had microchips implanted in my brain that allowed people to track and stalk me, adding to my delusions and paranoia. Totally unprofessional behavior and dangerous to do to someone in psychosis. So long story short, LOOK ELSEWHERE and remember Nicole has a BIG MOUTH.

This place ruined my life. Don't send loved ones here. They don't care.

My experiance here has beenlife changing. I have learned to appreciate hard work and determination. The life skills have been been lead by example in respectable individuals. If you are wanting to build an emotional… connection with yourself come in and be ready for a life changing experiance.

Let me tell you about this sanctuary that I found in a very dark place in my life I was so lost and sad as hell when I hit my bottom and I was given the chance to start over and get clean at Golden Steps Team recovery I… found hope and a brand new family! This place gave me somewhere safe to find the tools to change my own life just like any other place you have to want it and put in the work and let someone stand beside you in creating a new life and that’s what I found at Golden steps the staff there are such beautiful, caring People who work day and night to find new ways to help their Clients! This place is my family and I recommend them to anyone I love or know who is struggling!

Call me crazy but, i feel like a drug treatment center should not be a for profit business, no one should be getting rich off of drug treatment as it ultimately puts profits before people. I do not and will not ever… support a treatment center that is structured this way. The best place to get real substance abuse treatment is the bear river health department substance abuse because it is run by the state of Utah, and everyone who works there make a modest base salary, which means that the people aren't doing it for the money, they do it because they truly believe in what they are doing. Just think about that for a second...

What has happened with golden steps recovery! I have been hearing nothing but horror stories you guys should not be letting your clients have intercourse in the bathroom! Super unprofessional I know people that have… been there and witnessed it first hand! Colden you are a really good dude but you really need to step in and stop traveling, and really check up on your clients! I know you guys have the ability to make it a better place, and I know you guys have your heart in the right place, as well. But please care more about your patients. It's not always about the money, and I don't assume that's what it is but it seems like it when all you guys do is travel. you're supposed to be supporting these guys through and through you are a CEO I know that but these guys need you around.
