Very professional, quick service, you could tell that they care about you as a person, thanks to everyone who works up there.
This place sucks and they never keep counselors. They also denied to give me my meds when I had an annual. I put numbers on my bottles and there’s also a take date on them. First of all I wouldn’t lie and secondly… there’s numbers on the bottles and dates when to take them and those don’t lie either! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I can’t believe they would deny me when I’ve been clean for a very long time!
Every morning I go im met with smiles and down to earth counselors and also pharmacists. If anybody is looking for a good place to go and get help this is the place to go to.
It use to be a great place now not so much
I've been seeking treatment at this facility 7 months now very helpful I would probably be dead by now if it wasn't for these people they take this treatment seriously they care about their clients awesome helpful place… y'all are having a hard time feel like you can't make it this might be your answer it was mine I want to thank all of y'all for the help and patience you've had with me
I would like to share this to anyone that is needing help with their addiction and not to be looked down on for what you have done in your past this place here really cares about you and not just your addiction they… care about you as a person and your well-being. I am a transferred patient from Crossroads Treatment Center. I left Crossroads Treatment Center, because they owe me money, and have refused to pay me back, and I was up to date ony insurance, so Crossroads actually did… this to many ppl, that were self pay, that switched to Marketplace I was promised my refund numerous times by director Cheryl Jackson, but I never received it. I am satisfied with Florence Treatment Specialist, and will stay here as long as I am satisfied.
Well This place is the best & there counselors are 100% the best by far they not just staff!They care about people they don't just juge you . And they can help you with almost anything . The 🏢 is a small place of… business but it seems more home like or something warm and comfortable environment. Staff treat you like your there friend & and can give you constructive criticism. To to those who need it at time wen it is needed.I miss them so much .

Have been to other facility that were suppose to care and be about helping you while being compassionate about your sobriety and that place don't even come close to this place. to the level of. Care from counselors… ,doctors and staff have here .Truly amazing people and always friendly from secretary to the nurse and. Both of the pharmacists .Thank y'all.
