Unprofessional!

What a nightmare of an experience. No flexibility whatsoever. They will change your appointment and only notify you last minute and if you can't make it, they threaten to close your file with them. I could originally… make it to an appt but they rescheduled it and only gave me 2 days of notice, ignoring all 3 of my calls. Then threatening to close my file for not going. No healthcare provider should be that threatening, inflexible and hostile towards their patients. They'll schedule you with doctors you've had prior bad experiences with and then say "we don't choose which doctor you get" despite it being their job to schedule you. They set me up with a doctor who blamed me for my past trauma and told me to quit my mood stabilizing medication because "I don't have bipolar" I never claimed bipolar. He thought BPD was Bipolar and told me to stop taking my mood stabilizers. I communicated how I did not want to see that doctor again and they promptly rescheduled my appt, from a different doctor, to him. They ignored my 3 phone calls, then started emailing threatening that if I didn't go they'd close my file. I gave up with them and said "just close my file". Do not bother with these people, they will cause you so much more stress than you deserve

I'm beyond grateful for the services I'm receiving from Tia Livingston and Nanaefua Eshun, they are very respectful and caring and I feel 100% comfortable with her as my counselor, I'm so grateful for them Glory be to… God hallelujah.

Saw them when I was between doctors and the counselor was a nightmare. She threatened to not “let” me see the doctor who could refill my medication because I seemed “stable to her”. Then she kicked me out of her office… when I explained that this was because I was taking medication. For that 15 minutes of BS, they billed my insurance for over $100. And they billed it incorrectly. For months. It was still outstanding when tax time came and they held my tax refund. Then again they held my tax rebate. Both times with a $25 fee. The clinic FINALLY got their act together with the claim and sent me a refund, but said there was nothing they could do about the $50 in fees. Avoid.

Horrible customer service

This facility should be shut down period. A complete revamp of how the clinic functions — including staffing, systems, and processes.

Tia Livingston is amazing. She assisted in helping with a family member! She is a blessing!

This place high key is a joke.

trying to make contact with someone is a nightmare and they'll bill you for things that never happened. no one ever calls you back for anything either even 3 voicemails later

Pee Dee mental health center is a beautiful building with caring employees. They helped me without insurance but I have it now and will continue to pay what I owe.

My boyfriend's counselor repeatedly just pops up at our home. I have called office to complain about this. This is rude and disrespectful. Without an appointment you are trespassing. And to top it off home visits were… never requested. They just chose to start popping up about a year ago. He goes into the center to see a counselor in Lake City so why is one coming to our home unannounced seems like double dipping to me. (Lake City branch) If this continues I will report this to medicare. An addition to this review. Last week the counselor showed up on one of her pop ups and had my boyfriend knock on our next door neighbor's door. She preceed to try to sell my neighbor windows from Arkansas. And offered her $100 to watch a video. She is really doing to much. I informed someone who claims to be her boss. Next I will reach out to medicaid who is footing the bill for these pop up visits. I can't make this up!!!!!

Whoever answers the phones at the front desk normally is rude and a good bit of counselors dont really care for the clients.

Horrible service. They make appointments but don't let you know about them, and still bill you.

Unless you enjoy a 5 grand bill and no help in return. This is the BEST place for your mental help. You're better off doing online therapy.

Called 3 times to schedule an appointment for my child. But I'm forced to leave a message. And no one ever returns my call. 3 TIMES!

I like the counselors here and they are kind and helpful and my mom's mental health has improved a lot. However scheduling is a headache. For example, I had an appointment for my mom scheduled for the 13th because I… couldn't take her on the 8th, yet they keep sending me reminders of the 8th appointment with the 13th disregarded. She's also been declared a "no show" despite having a different date scheduled so it's honestly annoying.

I can not stand the protocol for this facility. They allow the counselor to take over all of your health care. My counselor was rude, disrespectful, and screamed at me. They canceled my appointment with a specialist and… moved me to a nurse practitioner. She lied to me and she's unethical. She did not look after my best interests. They will shift you around regardless of your choices. They avoided allowing me to speak to the director. They avoided slowing me to speak to the specialist. It's a horrible experience.

the staff are very nice to me and they help me a whole lot with my mental health issues and very kindhearted counselor, nurses and my doctor that I see every time that I go there love them so much.

I shared past experiences and emotions with her NO MEANS OF EVER HURTING MY KIDS NEVER EVER she CALLED DSS, LIED TO THEM BY CHANGING MY WORDS AROUND SHE ALSO BROUGHT UP MY… PAST PRIVATE OPEN ADOPTIONS STATING THEM AS IF THEY WERE A BAD THING AND TAKEN AS IF I WAS UNFIT WHEN I GET EMAILS AND PHOTOS WHICH I SHOWED DSS AND TALKED DSS SHE SAW ME AND KIDS. SHE IS A LIAR, SHE BROKE PATIENT CONFIDENCE AND I HAVE NOW CONTACTED A LAWYER. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DEPENDING ON HOW LAWYER GOES I HOPE KARMA GIVES HER WHAT SHE DESERVES. I LOVE MY KIDS DEARLY. I WENT TO JAIL 2015 I HURT SOMEONE CUZ THEY DID HURT MY CHILD I AM SUPER PROTECTIVE OF MY KIDS AND SHE BROKE PRIVELEDGED INFO AND LIED. NOW MY SON ANXIETY IS OFF THE CHARTS SINCE DSS SHOWED UP. JENNIFER HAS HIM WORRIED DSS GOING TO TAKE HIM SHE HAS CAUSED HIM MORE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE. HOPE SHE IS HAPPY. I WAS ARMY VET YOUR WELCOME FOR YOUR FREEDOMS BTW EVEN THOUGH YOU LIE. AWFUL. SINCERLY AWFUL. I SINCE FOUND NEW DR. I THINK OTHERS SHOULD DO SAME. STAFF UP FRONT WAS ALWAYS RUDE JENNIFER SAID OTHERS AGREED TO THAT TOO ANYWAY ONE DAY I SAW HOW RUDE THEY TREATED OLDER WOMAN HAD HER CRYING WAS AWFUL!!
