HCCADA staff were very efficient in providing resources for furthering my recovery journey. Emotional regulation, coping mechanisms and a great, non judgemental place to obtain therapy for any unhealthy… habits/addictions.

HCCADA has an amazing outpatient treatment program and you would be lucky to have any one of their counselors! Kelsey and Abby are amazing at what they do!

The counselors at HCCADA care are not only kind but genuinely care about the well being of their clients. The outpatient treatment program was very insightful and real. I enjoyed the community and support received and… will recommend this facility to anyone that needs it.

Abby Filyaw has informed me that they’re not doing rental assistance until January It’s a shame because when I had brought up the fact that I would inform the same people who are advertising this program she changed her… mind and asked me if I wanted to do the application that she just said wouldn’t be available until January

I wouldn’t give this place one star but i had to in order to leave a review. I’m appalled in the behavior of your employees. I understand you have to take at least 100 strands of hair, but as women, you should be… ashamed of yourself in the area and the amount you take. You would NEVER allow anyone to do to you what you are doing to the women who are clients there. This is the most humiliating and degrading thing I’ve ever seen done to women and you have NO right doing this. Your job is to select a discrete area of hair on the scalp, preferably under the nape and or sides of scalp from the temple down. NOT ON THE TOP OF THEIR HEAD OR FRONT OF FACE HAIRLINE CUTTING CHUNKS OF HAIR OFF. Well over 100 strands. Good Grief!! These women are complying and are determined and focused on changing their lives for the better. God bless each of them. How dare you maliciously ruin their appearance in such a humiliating and degrading manner. I’m trying to fix one of my clients hair that has been to your facility on a few occasions in the last 60 days and she looks like she just escaped from a concentration camp. I’ve been doing hair for over 35 years and I don’t even know where to begin in trying to make some type of sense of the horrible thing you’ve done to her appearance. I highly recommend you train your employees to be professional. Perhaps back to the basics with people skills. At this point I’d recommend obedience school. They are animals with no regards for anyone. Learn good work ethic and for the love of God… service your clients in the same manner you want to be treated. I would fire everyone there and vet the next employees a little better.

The lady was very nice and polite. The Eduardo guy was ridiculous though. He kept talking to himself and yelling though our whole meeting. Very uncomfortable to talk to, its like the Jim Adler (Texas Hammer Commercials)… on the radio, but only in person...
