I’ve been seeing Amanda for years, and she’s become a non-negotiable part of my support system. Her whole practice is made up of powerhouse women, and the environment they’ve created….though virtual…. is still one of… the warmest, safest spaces I’ve ever found. Personally, I love that it’s all virtual. It makes prioritizing my mental health doable even on the busiest days. At this point, I feel like I can vouch for the whole team… my daughter sees someone here, so does my partner, and 4 or 5 of my closest friends. That kind of word-of-mouth speaks volumes. People feel seen here. Heard. Cared for. Challenged in the best way. I recommend therapy constantly, and Amanda is a big reason why I’m so passionate about that. She’s helped me know my worth, trust my gut, and build the life I actually want, not just survive the one I was handed. If you’re even slightly considering reaching out, do it. I came to Amanda a year ago after a discouraging experience with another therapist. Her listening, understanding, support, absence of judgement, and guidance has - not to be dramatic -changed my life. I have been… promoted, pitching a job that didn’t even exist. I have strengthened important relationship through learning how to better communicate. I have learned how to be a good friend to myself, and relearned what builds my confidence and how to foster/develop it, on my own. Genuinely, I consider Amanda a great friend.
