I personally want to thank the techs and counselors for there professionalism and just being great people who relate with what I was going through. I definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about making a… change.As I did. The 90 days I was there were not taking from me, they were given to me. Lake Hughes , thank you for being the stepping stone to help me with sobriety and giving me the tools to learn how to love myself again.

I went to Lake Hughes straight from county Joe to a beautiful facility. The best part about Lake Hughes was all the brothers I met there. What a good community of brothers I love the queen size bed, and cable TV, and… especially the counselor Jinga. I love Judy she is my mama Judy and also Mikey he’s my family now. Thank you for everything you’ve done still going to meetings like you taught me one day at a time.

Came n from the county jail burnt out on the whole "life my way, all day, every day" spiel, so I opened my heart n mind in a way I've never done n my 5 previous treatment facilities. Something about the place that I… couldn't quite put my finger on allowed it to b for me my best and (god willing) final treatment experience . From the food to the faculty, this program absolutely rocked and I recommend it highly to anybody looking to turn their whole life and way of thinking around for the complete best. The best decision that I ever made has a man when I walked in and volunteered for their services. They able to provide everything that you will need to overcome any obstacles that goes your way. You will make family and… friendship especially a foundation that is truly needed for your sobriety. There is a saying that stuck to me while I was there from a wise bitter sweet lady " You have lost the war, but the battles begins."

Lake Hughes gave me a second chance at life. From the staff and administration down to the clients it’s a community environment. Five star dining experience definitely a cut above the rest. My experience here has been a… God- send. I’m grateful that I ended up there. I got a good foundation for my recovery and got introduced to what recovery really is there. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is sincerely looking to make a change in their life for the better.

A great place to get your recovery with people who care about you getting better. Also the food is crazy good and the rooms are comfortable.

My cousin was recently staying at Lake Hughes Recovery and must say it left a lasting impression on him. He's been in and out of treatment for a minute now and he says he felt more at home there than allot of other… places he has stayed. He really praised the counselors and their classes as they really push their involvement in all the classes that they attend through out they day. My family’s experience with LHR was amazing and miraculous we are all so thankful to LHR and staff members for the help and treatment my brother received while being in treatment. LHR changed my brothers life around he… had been struggling with addiction throughout his lifetime and was having suicidal ideations ,we felt so hopeless not having the help we needed as a family it was devastating, my brother completed treatment and has been able to remain sober for the past couple of years, I am so thankful and recommend LHR to anyone who is struggling with addiction.

Lake Hughes recovery has saved my life in more ways than I can count I showed up puking up blood and was really sick the took care of me better than I could ever ask for the staff never gave up on me even when I gave up… on my self I stayed for about 3 months and then left for 3 day and asked if I could come back and they welcomed me with open arms the have always treated me like family and now I have stay for another 6 months the owner is an amazing person and has helped me as much as he could I love lake Hughes recovery and the people I can never thank you enough for showing me how beautiful life is and who I can really be.

I attended this place and it was wonderful. The staff is super caring and accommodating. The setting is very peaceful and serene. There is wildlife and plenty to do. When i thought of rehab this is not what i expected,… I was pleasently surprised. I would recomend it to anyone needing a fresh start. I have only positive things to say about this place.
