This is the best clinic experience I’ve ever had in all the years of my treatment. The previous clinic I transferred from was awful…. and this place is amazing. They care.

Carolyn is one of the best counselors there is! She makes sure to take her time and actually help you instead of just getting you in and out! Clarissa at the front desk is also super awesome and sweet to everyone! I’ve… been to 3 different clinics and I’ll say this one ranks probably number 1 in the other 3 I’ve been at!

Facility is clean, nurses and other staff are knowledgeable and caring. They are also very efficient. They get you in and out quickly, no sitting and waiting, or being late for work.

This place saves lives. There are way too many false negative stigmas that need to be corrected. They reward clients by letting them earn privileges (take homes) instead of punishing them if they slip up. We need more… of these types of services. Great job guys!

This is my first treatment center and I have no complaints. Every one is kind and helpful. I give it the highest rating.

Turn over on staff is VERY high! Nurses run the show. They ask YOU when you want your dose to go up and down and how much! Only the Dr. should do this! If you need to speak with the Dr. the nurses won’t let you!… Computer system makes random charges to your account and then YOU have to prove you weren’t even there that day or prove you already paid. The building is impeccably clean and newly remodeled but that is the ONLY thing good here!

Caring, helpful , and genuine. This clinic iqs great and way better than Lakeland’s alternative treatment center

Went to get help and told them I was detoxing I didn’t fail my drug test so they refused to help me thank god for telehealth cause I was about to be back on the streets cause of this company denying me help I hate them… I hate that lady in the back that’s in charge in lmao she’s a joke

Honestly, ive been to fee clinics but i can actually say lakeland comprehensive treatment center is by far the best clinic that I've ever gone too. Not only do the do their job amazing, but they actually also sit and… take their time to see how your really doing and actually mean it, they actually care. It's nice to see that, I'm from Massachusetts and I've never felt this way about a clinic. So thank you! Thank you to everyone that works in the center, you guys are awesome ❤️

Let me start by saying very clean inside and outside. Staff very helpful & professional. My counselor is great and has been a huge impact in my sobriety. Ive been to different treatment centers threw out a 25 yr… addiction and i can honestly say Lakeland CTC is hands down the best ive ever been too. No sketchy people in the parking lot asking for money or selling illegal substances, (which in every other treatment centers ive been too this was always present) very clean and staff treat people with respect and this is not common when in these treatment centers cause of bias opinions about ex addicts. So if your really serious and looking to change your life for the better, i suggest this is the best place to do it.

I have been in treatment for several years. Been to a few different clinics. Started off guest dosing here, realized the staff is amazing,caring,genuine! From the doctor,nurses, counselors, all try hard to help you,… make sure you are doing well! I switched as soon as I could to LCTC. I'm currently staying 2 and 1/2 hours away .Taking care of a family member. I gladly make the drive every 2 weeks because it is worth it to know that I am treated like a human being,never judged because of my addiction, and I got blessed with the BEST counselor (A) Is amazing, I couldn't ask for anyone better !!! She Has done more for me that she knows and I will forever thank God for her! And the clinic!! I haven't had any issues with the people being jaded, and not taking the time to put in paperwork, claiming they had done their part but come to find out they hadn't. That is just a few things I dealt with at other clinics. If you are looking for help, and don't want to be judged, or made to feel bad about yourself and your issues come to LCTC !!

So far so good, very clean and up to date, fast no matter the time you go. Dr is great but i will say the Nurse Practitioner is more concerned about people smoking cigarettes outside than doing her job. My councilor… gave her a weeks notice about getting my take homes even the nurse at the window kept saying all week 5 more days 4 more days ect. Yet on the day nothing had to come back again and i drive 45min one way, and i work nights and dont get off till 3am, do that for a year getting only 4 hours sleep a night and this becomes dangerous being on the road. Im not the only person the nurse practitioner has done this too, ive talked to 3 or 4 other people that have told me about needing to go up in dose or meant to start weekly take homes and its taking over a week for nurse to fill out the paperwork. Their are only a couple of hundred people that go to this clinic, ive been to clinics where there where 500 plus some 1,000 people and one Dr, and no one had to wait a week for a response. But if you smoke where i was told i could around the corner, be sure if shes around she will make that her main priority.

I've been through 5 clinics in my life and Lakeland Comprehensive is by far the best. They are quick about everything. And the staff is the kindest and caring. And from the receptionist, Kindell, to counselor Lismar, To… Kelly the Nurse. They are the best!!!

I highly recommend it; it's a great center with excellent, very friendly and dedicated staff. 👌🏻

I went to Lakeland comprehensive for a couple months of therapy. They were awesome! They held group therapy and have counselors there that will help you throughout your journey to sobriety. I appreciate all the help… they gave me. Kendall the front desk receptionist was great.
