Great people and amazing community
This company should not be handling recovery treatment. Period. I gave them two chances. The first provider I saw completely dismissed my need for help with Suboxone—even after I explained I was opiate dependent. She… told me to “just push through it” like it wasn’t serious. No support, no plan, no care. I tried again, hoping another provider would actually listen. I waited all morning for my appointment—only to find it had been canceled with no warning. No text. No call. Nothing. I had to find out by calling their main line myself. I even texted the same coordinator who had been messaging me before the visit—she ghosted me too. If they treat people this badly before treatment starts, imagine trusting them once you’re actually on Suboxone. Missed doses lead to withdrawal. And these people can’t even send a notification? This is not recovery. This is reckless.

575 days ago I was addicted, hopeless, lost everything, legal issues..... TODAY RECOVERING! Full of life, hope and faith restored, gainfully employed, clean and sober! Groups is an amazing telehealth recovery program. Everyone there really cares about their patients. I've been here for almost 2 yrs and there is alot of turnover w staff. To some people that can triggering if you're… used to a person. I've met several counselors and everyone has their style so if you don't jive w your counselor there are many others w diff styles of therapy. The same for doctors and nurses but those you can't switch out of bc it's based on the group. Doctors appt are monthly and are during your 60 min session. Also they do the appt as a group not individually so keep that in mind. You're required to go once a week for an hour to your scheduled group. You can do make up sessions if you need to miss. They stress not to miss Dr appt sessions bc those are harder to schedule and you will not get your script without seeing the doctor. I enjoy being able to do the appts telehealth. I luckily got a great group and our counselor has been w us for awhile and she's amazing. Overall I'm very pleased to have found this place
