Merakey – Philadelphia Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Merakey – Philadelphia are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Merakey – Philadelphia Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 5429 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19144. This address falls in Philadelphia County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

poor management. how is it impossable to cancle an appointment? they open at 7am put ppl on hold and make you wait hours for someone to come in. most of the upper management are totally useless. they are very quick to… change things and institute new policies when its in their best interest(sighns will be up by the end of te day) but when its in the patients best interest they drag their feet and mutter about money its very sad. could be alot better with a fiew

This is the absolute worst organization in Pennsylvania, do NOT even consider becoming a patient. The staff is rude, uncaring and lack professionalism. The actual building at the Parkside location is dirty and smells… horribly and should be condemned! It is unsafe, they have security to give the false impression of safety but I witnessed alterations and drug deals in front of myself and staff. I implore anyone considering this place to STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY!!

Stay away from the Parkside location!!! The staff doesn't care about their patients, they do not follow up with important/urgent matters, the facility is beyond dirty, so dirty I felt obligated to report them to the… Department of Health and I hope they are shut down for good!!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!! It is disgustingly dirty, the staff is unprofessional, they are unorganized, you cannot reach anyone via telephone if you have any issues, they are extremely inefficient and try to… milk your insurance!!! I was in quarentine with COVID and attempted to contact them for 5 days, ran out of my medication and they could care less!!!

Merakey Germantown is a great place It helped me get clean n stay clean after 40 yrs of addiction If u follow their program n their advice u will b fine And u will learn how to live a life free of opiates It's the best… choice I ever made n I was on many other clinic's Merakey is also caring n family oriented The counselors n staff are wonderful 😊😊😊. Just do what u have to do n you'll be fine. If you seriously want to stop using and stay clean then Merakey Germantown is for you*** Its the best choice I ever made. Merakey gave me my life and family back. They have one on one meetings with your counselor, they do daily groups with convenient hours to meet your schedule if you work. There hours are good. If you need more intense treatment they will get you the help you need.
