This place just wants your money and they do not care about rehabilitation. My ex has been drinking, smoking and Violating nearly every condition they gave him, but as long as he keeps giving them money, they don’t… care. It’s a shame that they r supposed to be helping people with their addiction and all they’re doing is lining their pockets

Horrible experience first going up there, it’s like you have to figure everything out yourself and they aren’t helpful don’t even know why there are workers. They don’t answer the phone, you leave messages and they… never return them… if you want anything don you have to do it in person FYI. Jade was rude , don’t know why she even works a front desk, you tell them they don’t answer the phone or return messages and they get beside themselves. Not my fault you don’t do your job and horrible at it. If you have a chance to go anywhere else I’d do that. They need to be looked under a microscope … how can it be your fault when they don’t do their job. Horrible & terrible experience…. And I’ve never had to do anything like this before….

They need someone new at the front desk, jade or jay is horrible . Never answer the phone

Never answer the phone - one person answered out of 3 months

Helped my uncle call to get information on the community service process. A woman answered and she was so kind- even more patient while I was translating. She took the time to ensure we had as much information about the… next steps! Truly seemed like someone who is looking out for others rather than someone who is waiting to end the call!

As soon as I got to my class I was humiliated in front of a classroom full of people by the instructor Ronnie Adams and told that my shorts were too short and that I should’ve came dressed appropriately and to leave her… class. No matter my past I should be treated with respect. In 90 degree weather I dressed comfortable, NOT inappropriately. If I was shaped like her would she have made that comment towards me? I paid for this class, and to be kicked out because of someone else’s insecurities is upsetting. I told her I can’t control how I’m shaped, she said “well you should dress more appropriately then”. I’m 5’8 with long legs and that seems to upset people like her when I wear shorts. Needless to say my bottom was covered and not SHOWING, even while walking.

Court ordered but I dont do anything wrong anymore just a check in. Quick, easy, staff is friendly. Just a in and out type of thing to make sure I'm behaving myself. No complaints just doing the right thing staying… right with God.
