Mount Support LLC – Brooklyn

I’ve moved out of a building that Carnegie Manages and continue to be charged for rent (over 4k) every month. Management has been unresponsive to my multiple emails, calls and voicemails. I wouldn’t recommend living in… any buildings that they manage.

This company does its best to steal tenants deposits and has not problem signing false documentation. I paid my rent on time every month and then had to fight these people in court to get my $$$. This was 15 years ago… and I bet they haven't changed one bit.I wouldn't trust these folks further than I could throw them.

I appreciate the attentiveness of this management company. They do their best to manage unruly neighbors and maintenance issues in a very professional, timely manner.

I have had the pleasure of living in 25 Bruckner Boulevard apartment 2I for the past two years, and as we prepare to move due to work commitments, I can honestly say it is with a heavy heart that we are leaving.… Throughout our time here, the experience has been exceptional. The management team has always been responsive and proactive, addressing any needs or concerns with remarkable efficiency. Likewise, the maintenance staff has consistently been on top of all necessary upkeep, ensuring that any issues were resolved promptly and thoroughly. After two years of living here, I have no complaints, and our decision to move is solely due to professional reasons. I highly recommend this building for anyone seeking a well-managed and well-maintained living space.

Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. They are so unhelpful & rude. Whenever something is wrong or there is a complaint, they basically just brush me off & say that’s not really their problem. They can take… days to help with urgent matters & that’s if they’ll even be helpful at all. The building hallways & common areas on ocean parkway that I live in is boiling hot in the summer & freezing in the winter. They’ve been saying they’re going to fix this for years. I Litteraly break a sweat making it down in the morning. They deactivated my door fob without notifying me because I had a sibling use my fob once ?? So when I wanted to get into my building that I pay top dollar rent for, I could not enter. Without any notification they on their own decided to deactivate my fob instead of asking me if someone had used my fob. I love my building, but it’s a shame that the poor management company truly makes me want to move & kills the good experience I would have had living in a beautiful building.

Wow!!! Where do I start? Well first you must know that I moved to New York a few years ago and during that time I had been searching endlessly for the perfect apartment: private, quiet, newer, accepts pets, secure… package room, and has good quality size rooms and full bath. It was a daunting task during a time where prices had tremendously gone up, and for any one apartment there were endless applications. Brokers were hard to stay in touch with due to such high demand and sometimes not the most pleasant or even professional. Then one day, I came across a gem and Daniel Rivera of Carnegie Management, Inc. wouldn’t let me pass it up. He was honest, professional and answered all my questions! He didn’t make me feel like I needed to be anything but myself. He walked my partner and I through everything and was very open to our needs and concerns from the get-go and really delivered. All I can say is now I’m in a better place in my life. I’ll never forget his kindness. When we were just about to give up he stepped in and followed through. Great management company - any issues I had were resolved extremely quickly and they were extremely caring to me not only as a tenant, but as a person.

I had a phenomenal experience with Daniel Rivera as my realtor. As a first time renter, he made sure myself, and my roommate had all the information we needed. He communicated with us clearly, and consistently— always… making sure to check in with us along the way. We love our place at Eldert. It's a nice loft apartment and is really well-maintained by the super and folks working in the building.

Really bad experience for me and my husband with this Management. Very poor communication from their side, they have tried to keep the deposit with no real explanation or reason when we moved out and they were late with… response regarding an itemization of expenses. After they raised our rent and signed lease with us for 6 more months, they cut the tree right away in front of our huge loft - which was protecting the whole apartment from the sun, it became so hot, so it was impossible to stay during the day - it literally made impossible to be inside on a sunny day - and they didnt offer to install in their expenses the curtains or make it actually doable to live there anymore. Right after, they also started to renovate the whole place - it was full of dirt and dust - it was sooo disrespectful to raise rent, we were literally living in a "construction" situation for 4 month before our lease expired. Jose, the Super, is amazing person, very nice guy, but he is just by himself, amazing personality, but the actual management dont care about you, they didnt treat us as they would think of our comfort at all. We felt disrespected, while we were renting of the the biggest units in the building, it didnt feel like a luxury experience, while they charge you a lot for the loft with smallest bathrooms, no dishwasher or fan in the kitchen, no washing machine inside the units etc.

It was time to resign my lease. Mindy in the leasing office was very helpful, and made the process extremely easy. I was able to get all the details worked out very quickly. Great help and much appreciated.

Mindy, from the leasing office, is extremely polite and efficient. I had a great experience working with her on my lease renewal! Also, the Super in my building is amazing: Cruz is always quick to react and get things… done!

Responsive and fair landlords, with smooth renewal processes and appropriate lead time regarding rental increases. Office staff are a genuine pleasure to work with, and always proactive in finding solutions for tenants!
