NEFA LLC – Clearfield

Kathy is unprofessional and not in anyway someone I would ever recommend to another person or buisness to receive help. She needs to be investigated and audited by the state. She doesnt remember anything she use to flip… out and start calling my brother a different name talking about how he missed his appointment time when he never had an appointment to meet her that day. Then when he would call her on it she would act as if it never happened. When we requested to receive audio of his check ins she violated him with an order to show cause for failure to report but he did report and it was verified but by the time months had passed and he basically was told by her that she was no longer going to allow him to receive services and she never set another appointment and would never respond to him contacting her. She only threatened his freedom and never was happy with any progress he made. She isnt someone who should be allowed to work with others trying to rehabilitate.

KATHY was my probation officer. She was amazing. Help me with tools groups other resources. I strongly suggest this resource for anybody that is in need. They are an amazing team. Highly recommended.

i was with them for 2 years and it was great!, kathy was super helpful, if i had money problems she would help me sort it out or point me into the right direction, always answered my calls and any questions that i had,… always asked about me and how i was doing personally and tried to help any way she could, never had a problem with her and we always had a great talk! and they guy that does the weekly meetings i think jason its his name, he is such a cool guy! super helpful giving other perspectives, always laughed and learn alot. I do recommend

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for my probation officer, Kathy, and the entire NEFA staff. Let me start by saying this review is 100% genuine and based solely on my personal experience. I know… it might come off like I'm just trying to earn brownie points, but I promise that's not the case. This is about giving credit where it’s truly due. Kathy has been an incredible part of my journey. She never gave up on me.. not once. She saw me at my lowest, what felt like ten feet below rock bottom, and still treated me with respect, patience, and encouragement. Because of her belief in me, I’ve been able to transform into the best version of myself. Her support and guidance have been life-changing, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. To Kathy and everyone at NEFA: Thank you. Your understanding, your belief in second chances, and your words of encouragement have pushed me to work harder every day. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, and I know a huge part of that is thanks to you Kathy. 5+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Kathy is an awesome human being. She helped me with everything I needed and she cared how I was doing as a person. I am glad that I was able to cross paths with her in life.

This organization is hands down the best in the county. They don't care about the money. They only want to see people improve and work towards becoming better. If you are lucky enough to be placed under them, you are a… blessed soul.
