Do NOT send your kids here. I was here as a teen and I was denied food, locked inside and not allowed to go out for no reason, and the staff are verbally abusive and manipulative. It felt like they were trying to… brainwash me into being okay with the awful treatment.
As a past resident I can fully say that this place changed my life. The staff set cleat goals for the kids that live there. And also provide emotional support for them when they have external troubles. The people that… work here are some of the greatest mental health workers I've ever met. Matt knows what he's doing when he hires people.
Staff here do an incredible job with at risk children. Truly one of the best programs in New England. The low turnover rate of employees is an indication of true professionals who care about the kids & take pride in… their work. I having nothing but praise for these folks!
