Rigel Recovery Services – Tiffin

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I can honestly say it has changed my life in ways I never expected. When I first started, I was struggling deeply with my mental health and my addiction, and I didn’t know… if things would ever get better. But from the very beginning, I was met with so much understanding, patience, and genuine care. What means the most to me is that I’ve never once felt judged. No matter what I’ve shared or how hard things have been, I’ve always felt safe, heard, and respected. They truly listen—not just to respond, but to understand—and that has made such a huge difference in my healing process. It’s rare to find someone who creates that kind of space where you can be completely honest and still feel accepted. Over this past year, I’ve grown so much, and I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without their support and guidance. They’ve helped me work through some of the hardest parts of my life, and they continue to show up for me in a way that reminds me I’m not alone. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me, and I would recommend them to anyone in Tiffin, Ohio who is looking for someone who truly cares, listens, and wants to see you heal and grow.

Had an appointment, and apparently their structure has changed. They no longer offer mental health services at their Tiffin location. Instead of calling and canceling the appointment, they had us come in anyway. I don't… like to give 1 star reviews, but this was poor service.

So apparently they are no longer taking any community patients is what I was told today when I called to make an appointment as a new client. Then she says we'll hold on and let me see if I have any openings before we… make tgis change .....puts me on hold 2secs and says nope im completely booked. I was like OK can you put me on a cancelation list which she says sure and im pretty sure pretending to write my number down ............bunch of bologna if you ask me
