I've seen 2 other psychiatrists and… Tiffany has a heart of gold I started seeing her after the suicide of my daughter At the age of 23. People think you should be over it after 8 years but She keeps me comforted And talks to me with grace I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone that's going to any problems So Tiffany if you're reading this you are a godsend to me. I was very nervous at 1st. However Dr C was awesome. Very friendly and not pushy about things. I opened up more to her better than I did with my therapist. I want to see if there is a therapist at Siyan. Hopefully my… insurance will cover it. My technician was great. Very friendly and we made a connection. Don't know what Im going to do at 2:30 every day Hannah is amazing!!! She listened and understood what I've been going through with my meds that have stopped working. We came up with a plan at the moment. However next visit I want to ask about some depression meds I have seen on commercials. My therapist Craig is also amazing. He ask questions about different things in my life. He was definitely fun to talk to. I can't wait to chat with some more.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from my counselor. She has a way of making me feel genuinely heard and understood while also helping me look at difficult situations more clearly and objectively. I… never feel judged or rushed, and I appreciate that she creates a space where I can be honest while still challenging me in ways that help me grow. What stands out most is how thoughtful, compassionate, and consistent she is. She remembers the things that matter, asks meaningful questions, and helps me work through complicated emotions and situations without making me feel overwhelmed. I’ve gained more insight, confidence, and practical tools through our work together. Finding a counselor you truly trust can be difficult, and I feel very fortunate to have found someone who takes her work seriously and clearly cares about the people she helps. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a counselor who is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping her clients move forward.

Siyan Clinic is one of the best resources for people with addiction issues and mental health problems. Their counselors are superb and they care very much about their clients. It is an invaluable resource that has saved… my life in many ways. I am so grateful they are there. Specifically Matthew is an exceptional counselor. Very bright, very insightful and has helped me understand so much of my anxiety and the way I relate to the world.

Thank you Syian clinical and… especially Amanda Jones for your willingness to hear it all and still support me in my journey towards sobriety and self preservation.

Robert is great, he was very thorough in the intake process and asking questions about my background and the things that I need to deal with. Each session with Robert is different and we discuss different ways to deal… with my anger and how much it helps me get through everyday living situations. I got my hair done last week and came down sick with a virus so we had to do a video talk and it went okay he didn't keep it too long because I was coughing a lot which was okay with me, hard to talk when your coughing up a storm. Had another great session with Robert today in his office, time goes by very fast and I talk about a variety of things which are in my past and helps heal me. Today's session was great talked about Easter and shared with him pictures of my great grandbabies that are 10, 9 and 8 and I haven't seen them for 8 years. They're getting so big and look so much like their dad and their grandma who"s gone now.... My first week after leaving Bridges and I was on a Telehealth call with Robert while up in Monte Rio where it's nearly impossible to get phone reception and this is the brick cabin I was staying at with a friend for a week. Totally serene amongst the redwood trees. Next was a month and a half later after being homeless in my car and getting a real meal at Opportunity House cooked by a staff member traditional Japanese fried rice with sauteed peppers and bacon bits, it tasted so good and smelled delicious. Today's session was my last with Robert he's moving on from Sylan and I'm getting a new Therapist on my next visit 😔... Thank you Robert for all the wonderful work and sessions we had... You brought me through a lot of crap that went on in my life and helped me tremendously....🙏🫶😊 I have a new therapist now my new therapist is Michael Chee and Michael is certainly a different personality than Robert but I enjoy my sessions with Michael and I feel that I'm going to have a good rapport with Michael in the future sessions to come I believe this was my third session with Michael and so far it's been very good and I feel that I can open up to Michael as I could with Robert about anything that I want to talk about my session the other day went well and I was able to discuss about a lot of things that were disturbing to me about what's going on at where I'm staying When I saw Michael this week I discussed how when I went to my Dr. Appointment on the 29th of December that I had to walk from Lombardi Circle to Food Maxx because Santa Rosa Para Transit wouldn't let me take my return trip because I didn't have 3.00 !!! I explained that I hadn't gone to the bank or an ATM machine to get money out because I wasn't aware it was going to cost me $6.00 for a round trip or I just would have taken my car!!!! Anyway while I was at FoodMaxx I was looking for a place where I could sit and rest because I'm sick and I could hardly breath after walking all that way. I saw that Dollar Tree had a bench in front of it so I went over and sat down. Meanwhile I texted my case worker to see if she could take me back over to Opportunity House so I could get in my car and go get things I needed. That's when I discovered my key fob had broke open and the guts fell out of it! Below are the pictures. I found the guts but I didn't find the electronic chip that makes the engine start when you turn the key... March 9th session today with Michael was awesome!!! Haven't been in the office for over a month just doing zoom appointments. Talked about everything that had happened over the last month at Br of em St. And closed the chapter to that story!!! Moved into Sam Jones today oh what a nightmare this new chapter of my life is going to be!!!! The one person whom I was hoping to never have to meet in my lifetime again is here!!!! She's only 2 beds over from me and I'm doing everything possible to stay away from her, not get into her space or have to talk to her!!!!!

I did not feel heard by John Wildgust. I had a concussion, had just finished perimenopause, and was coming off medication prescribed by my primary care physician that was causing withdrawals. John said his job was only… to prescribe the medication. He told me to look up the side effects.

My first appointment with Jacqueline/Jay was with telehealth as I did not have time to arrange a ride. I had prepared notes to go over with her and she was very glad that I did and she listened very patiently. I feel… that she understands where I've come from and where I'm at now and where I hope to go to. When I asked her if she thought it would be best to meet by telehealth again or in person she said in person which I was glad about because I think that's better too. Also I am very grateful that we will be meeting weekly as I have a lot of issues I'm dealing with. I'm feeling very hopeful now that I am connected with Siyan and that I will be receiving therapy with Jacqueline/Jay! I appreciated meeting with Dr Shah. He is very dedicated to the clinic as the CEO and director of Siyan and is very knowledgeable and dedicated. I met with Dr. Chokhawala (also known as Dr "C") several times. She is one of the psychiatrists at Siyan. I felt very good meeting with her as she is very kind and thorough and knowledgeable. I have been meeting with Adelina Werby for nearly two months now to get my Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments. I always have a good experience with Adelina as she is very kind and knowledgeable and positive and I feel very comfortable with her. I'm going to miss our meetings but I'm nearly through with the treatments. Everyone else that I interact with at the clinic there are very friendly and kind and positive folks! I really appreciate meeting with Jay. I have had a lot of i challenging issues to deal with in my 76 years on this planet but and I still do, and I have met with several therapists over the last few decades, but Jay is actually the most helpful and perceptive one that I've ever the good fortune to meet with! She listens to me very carefully and is able to pinpoint on a good plan for me to do over the following week. And that helps me a lot! My appointments with Jay are going well. I've had a lot of challenges for many many years and I feel that working with her I'm having more progress than I have in the past, having more insights and having more hope. I sure am glad that Jay is my therapist! She is a very good listener and she really does seem to "get" me and understand me and guide me into making some positive changes in my life.

I began appointments at Siyan Clinical September 2025. It's been 11 months and I have received NO treatment. The volume of patience, appointments, paperwork, and shuffling around my schedule to accommodate their… disorganization is absurd; especially for still not having received ANY care. I've been seeking psychiatry, therapy, spravato (ketamine), and ECT and unfortunately I have received none of the above. The psychiatrist I see has given me nothing except administrative hoops to jump through. The amount of times I've had to call and let them know they didn't fax the right paperwork to the right place, waiting for them to follow-through with their own recommendations, forgetting my scheduled appointments... it's outrageous how much time and effort I've invested. It's been 11 LONG months waiting and having hope that I would get help or treatment, I have so much less hope now than I did before. Today I walked in for my first spravato treatment and was met with accusations that I'm addicted to opiates and other drugs that I've never even heard of. I've taken multiple urine tests, blood tests, labwork out the wazoo in the months leading up to today and I have taken the same prescribed medications this whole time. Never did they ever voice any concern or have issues with my medications that I took then and I am still taking the same now. They actually accused me of abusing opiates because their records showed last time I had my pain medication filled was in May which is accurate. I had surgery then on my hand and I don't take opiates longer than I need to because I am paranoid of having any sort of dependency on anything. I am still seeing my occupational therapist twice a week (I made sure to schedule on separate days than my Ketamine treatment) and I take 5mg of Oxycodone beforehand AS INSTRUCTED BY BOTH MY SURGEON AND PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR because my OT is working on getting my fingers to fully curl after a terrible fire I was in back in sept 2024 where I had 3 fingers amputated and 3rd degree burns on 65% of my body. I've communicated this the whole time what I'm taking, who prescribed it, how often and etc. Today they act like opiates are showing up in my system because I'm abusing them??? I take my medication as prescribed which is IN MY CHART. If this was going to be an issue why didn't they say anything when I started this process in July of last year or after the several excessive drug tests I had leading up to today!? It's been an absolute waste of time and energy trying to get treatment here. I'm much more depressed now than when I first was referred to Siyan Clinical. Save yourself the heartache and have your doctor route you somewhere else if you get referred here. I'm letting my primary care know that this place is more harm than good for people who are desperately trying to heal. I'm done trying here even though I don't know where else to go. I'm heartbroken to be honest.
