Simone & Tammy are awesome! When it was time to go at the end of the day it felt like leaving a friend.

Simone and Genesis were very knowledgeable and made learning enjoyable. I learned many things I didn't know and can use this knowledge in my future recovery. It was very beneficial to me . I want to say thank you for… helping me in this step towards a better future.

I am a 16 y/o who was put on probation because I was caught with marijana. I had to take a IOP Class for my probation and this class helped me very much with understanding more on consequences of drug use, physically,… mentally, and even the legal troubles. It’s a great way to realize that you might actually have an addiction and a great way to start recovery.

Im incredibly grateful to have been guided in a way to see things much clearly and from a different perspective and given new information that has given me enough knowledge to know what it is I had put in my body and… what affected and how it affected it giving me now a sense of control as to what I know I want to feel and what I don’t want to feel. I’ve learned new ways to cope with my emotions and possible anxiety and panic attacks learned how I can’t control other’s actions than my own. Became more self aware of myself and learned new things about myself also got better at being consistent and much more confident and comfortable talking to new people. Learning new things that I have integrated in my day to day life since starting the program has been eye opening and inspiring me to do better and that I can do it. It’s helped me shape myself into a better version of myself and helped me grow my knowledge of substances that you wouldn’t normally think could possibly be true. The program helped me and my family in a way it’s given me peace of mind and helped me become more relaxed and calm. At first it was difficult adjusting to something new due to previously having a different environmental scheduled and found a way to work and go about classes. From there it helped me get my own time, I’ve always helped everyone around me and put them first so In some way it definitely helped me gain back control of my life and give me that time by only doing my own thing for myself showing up for myself and knowing I want Bette for myself without having something else enturbien my time. You could say it was my bit of a “white space/line”. Incredibly grateful for showing up for myself and giving myself the time to heal and grow and letting my brain, body, soul heal and feeling like I’ve become whole again.

it was very education and i enjoyed the how the clas was tought it was very dynamice and you learn alot of different things.

The staff exhibited exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Their expertise truly shone through, making the learning experience incredibly informative.The staff was always available to answer questions and provide… extra support when needed. I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Man I don’t know were to start I was scared about doing iop but little did I know that there were people like ms tina and ms carol they were amazing ms tina was awesome she would make it feel like it was a group of good… friends and as crazy as it sounds that’s what it became and I wouldn’t want to do it with any other teachers and ms carol was awesome she was very laid back and out going she also made it feel like family so my advice would be just to give it a shot because you will truly come out a better person with a ton of knowledge you had no idea about and then there is ms somone she is truly an angle she helped me in ways that I could never say enough thank you to ever come close to what she did so thank you the world needs more people like y’all three I’ll end with a big ole thank you

I recently took a class though Solutions on 7/27/24 and I cannot stress how wonderful and kind Miss Simone and Miss Tammy were during my class. These wonderful ladies were incredibly well informed. They treated me like… a person and did not ever judge me for what I had been charged within the legal system. These ladies were professional and well informed.

Definitely not a class I wanted to do but helped relieve stress off by being able to talk about situations and understanding how we can ovoid these bad situations by having coping methods or understanding the bad in… alcohol .Definitely didn’t want to do the class but was required to take them due to my history. Nothing bad can come out of doing these classes, you either learn or don’t.

Simone and Tammy are great. I enjoyed class and learned a lot.

This program and these people are an awesome choice to help if you have an addiction or anger problems this is the place for u!! U have to work it tho and if it's not hard u didn't do it right-Mrs.Tammy!!! It might not… make sense to u but trust me best advice I've ever heard and best decision I ever made was going to solutions for my addiction and anger issues!! Thanks once again guys!! Love Yall

I learned so much from Genisis, Tammy, and Simone. These past few months they have taught me how to cope, stop triggers, and have plans for high risk situations. I would love to just say thank you for helping me through… my struggling, and help me find a strong part of me that doesn't rely on any substance as my happiness. If you are looking for help and a place with amazing lessons, a safe space, and a space to grow in, I deeply encourage you to think about solutions. Much love

I learned so very much! Simone and Tammy were upbeat and kept us engaged. The course gave us a chance for reflection, sharing and the overall environment encouraged participation. I would recommend them to everyone. I… believe that all new drivers should be required to take this course prior to getting their first license. Prevention Education may decrease court ordered education! Thank you all so very much!

This class and the instructors are amazing. The statistics and information from current studies took me by surprise. I learned a great deal of new information. There was never any judgements from staff and they were… very patient with us. Having never taken a zoom class, many of us needed some extra help and it was sincerely provided. The workbook and videos were interesting. Simone and Tammy rocked it! Thank you to both of you ladies. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in this class! Lisa S

This center's class lead by Simone and Tammy does far more than educate you. For an addict it's hard to find your way, but they have an incredible ability to help you lay out a road map specifically designed for you...… A road map to the greatest gift in life for an addict... I LOVED Tammy and Simone’s class! They were very informative and taught with a lot passion hopefully I never have to take this class again but if so if want their class thank you Tammy and Simone for loving what you do… it really shows in the way you teach
