I have been back and forth with therapy for many years. This time I truly have a chance thanks to my therapist. Shelby listens without judgment and is always so kind and comforting. Personally I believe everyone should… have therapy at least once in their life. I genuinely look forward to to my appointments these days where before I loathed it. The counselors here do the absolute best for their clients and I would never send my friends and family anywhere else but here.

I see Skyler and Kacy on a regular, both of them can brighten your day in an instant, matching your vibe, if it’s serious they will be serious with you, if you just need to laugh, they will laugh with you. Amazing… therapist and med provider.

Ms. Shelby has been such an incredible blessing to our family. She has worked with my son for about two years, helping him navigate anxiety, adjustment, and the unique challenges that can come with autism. The amount of… growth we have seen in him during that time is incredible. He has met goals that once felt far away, and Ms. Shelby is continually helping him build on that progress and set new ones. One of the things I appreciate most about Ms. Shelby is the way she meets him exactly where he is. She takes the things that matter to him, like his love of planets and outer space, and uses them to help him understand emotions, work through obstacles, and approach difficult subjects in a way that actually makes sense to him. She doesn’t just have the expertise; she has taken the time to truly know my son and understand how he thinks and learns. It is difficult to put into a Google review what it means to have someone care for and support your child so well. We feel incredibly lucky to have had both her expertise and her genuine care. I could not recommend Ms. Shelby more highly.

I’ve been going to centerstone almost 2 years. My first therapist helped in many ways and unfortunately I was blindly thrown to a new one.. it all worked out though because Shelby Funk was exactly what I needed. There… are truly not enough good things I can say about her.

Shelby Funk has been absolutely wonderful for my son and our family. My son genuinely likes her and feels comfortable opening up about things he sometimes struggles to express at home. She has created such a warm,… comfortable environment in her office, and he especially loves having the fidget gadgets to use while he focuses on and talks through his feelings. Shelby has a calm, caring way of explaining things through conversations, analogies, and even games that really connect with him. He remembers the tools she teaches him and will actually bring them up at home when he is struggling. She has also helped me tremendously as a mom better understand how to support him. We are so grateful for Shelby and the positive impact she and Centerstone have had on our lives! ❤️

The whole time that we have been going to centerstone I have never felt more like being home. Then I have there. Shelby Funk is wonderful. She is a truly intelligent and caring person and has lots of information to help… you on your journey. Our daughter has been truly transformed from the time she first made her first visit at centerstone laura, and her whole facility has helped us tremendously.

Shelby Funk is the best therapist there is! I have never felt more healed mentally in my life. Thank God for her and all of the lovely staff at centerstone!

My therapist Is the only therapist I've ever been able to really open up to and I been to a lot in my life she is the best therapist I've ever had she's absolutely outstanding at her job and deserves a raise her name is… Shelby funk and she is the one you want.

I have been with Centerstone for years now and went through multiple therapists there. I'm currently seeing Shelby Funk and she is exceptional! She always knows what to say and is so understanding. I would suggest her… to anyone. I am SO thankful for her!

Shelby is my counselor and she is absolutely amazing first counselor i have stuck with out of 10+ and that is just because of her that I have stuck to it also i see Kacy and Allie for meds and they are also amazing… definitely will keep going

I truly believe that the past year of my daughter going has helped her, not by much as it takes time, but they care about their patients and want to help them get better. Shelby Funk is amazing and really cares. She… tries to connect with her patients and understands what they are going through. Everyone goes through a tough time in their life, centerstone understands and helps with what the can. We will continue to go here.

I’ve been going to centerstone for a bit now and they have helped me so much. From getting a diagnosis, to getting a therapist, psychiatrist, medication, they have been nothing but helpful. I can certainly see a… difference they have made with my mental health. And a big shout out to my therapist Shelby Funk! She is absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of her!

I’ve been going here for multiple years now and my experience has been great. Staff have been nothing but wonderful, and Im incredibly grateful. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety with medical professionals, but Allie has… done a great job with making me feel comfortable :))

It depends on the person. You can't cure stupid. I have had a very good experience at Centerstone. The VA sent me here.

I've been going to Centerstone for over a year now and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I've met two of the therapists and they are both wonderful. I haven't had any problems with getting medication or… changing medication when needed. I've seen at least 4 different case managers and they have all helped me out tremendously. I really don't have anything negative to say about Centerstone or any of their staff. Everyone I've met has been incredibly nice and helpful with all the help I've needed. I would definitely recommend Centerstone to anyone who needs a therapist, psychiatrist, or anything along those lines.

Called to setup a first appointment and was told none were available, and to call back on Monday. I cannot speak to the overall quality of the care providers here, but apparently their scheduling office can't think… further than a week ahead. Didn't seem like they actually wanted to help.

This tharaphis name Tammy pawlack was the worst she believes my previous foster mom more than me and she agreed that I should not watch my favorite show plus the tharaphis kidnapped my dad after the foster mom did open… her mouth and stole the keys

My God these people are like family, they are genuinely dedicated to what they do. I am VERY grateful to have them in our lives, they handle my children well. everything about the staff and WHO they are is stellar in my… eyes. I Know my family's well-being is supported through Centerstone-Tullahoma. Blessings and prosperity ❤️

I was reaching out to speak with someone in regards to getting mental health help. I was upfront with the fact that I do not have health insurance but I wanted to see what prices would be and I would then decide if it… was something I could financially do. On the phone call, I was told that I “couldn’t afford it” and was essentially hung up on. This is no way to talk to someone who is struggling with their mental health. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

It's pretty sad that this is the only thing we have for mental health in the area. The 1950s style basement lock up is still at work with these people. The sad part is they work hand in hand with harton hospital to lock… people down, deny them basic needs, and then blame the patient when they act erratic. Call anyone but do not call centerstone and definitely do not go to an ER in this area for help. They hold out information like, you're going to be here anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks before they can get you in a mental health facility. And then it's going to be moccasin Bend, where they're going to treat you worse than jail. Tennessee is not a mental health friendly state. Go anywhere but here. You don't even have to admit that you're suicidal, mean harm to yourself for someone else, in order for them to lock you away like you are the public enemy number One.

Going on 7 years of being sober thanks to Centerstone! Thanks guys! If you truly want sobriety, following their program works, however if you are not truly wanting sobriety and are just attending because you were court… ordered to do so then the program is considered to be "a joke". N.A

Told me that my parental figure hitting me every day was my fault for not being good enough at conflict management 😃
