I Believe they are working to improve the quality of life for the Vets as best they can. No system is perfect. I know I'm not, that's why I need the help here.

I have been there several times over the past few months and have never waited 5 minutes beyond my appointment time. The caregivers are always pleasant and helpful

No one answers phone or responses to messages. Can't even leave a message for call back. Phone service gas seriously degraded in the last year.

I want to personally thank my MA- sweet lady. The Audiology department l- the gentleman is knowledgeable and kind. And Dr. Oquendo. I have multiple autoimmune diseases, spinal stenosis and bulging disks. This translates… to pain all the time. He does Battlefield acupuncture and I have done it twice. The appointments build upon one another and at first I was skeptical but after receiving it, I am free of pain for a few days. Anything to avoid taking meds when I can. I appreciate that and hope it continues to help.And let me say- never ever have I left a 5 star VA review. I have not typically experienced good things at the VA but my experience here the last few visits has been wonderful. This is amazing and I hope it continues!!

Ive been going to this location for 5 years, for the same problem with no results, also the ladys that work in labs who draws blood are very rude, I told my nurse that one of the ladys drew my blood cause some pain that… lasted for a week, she went back and told them exactly what I said very unprofessional.

People complain about the VA all the time. I love them and they take great care of me!

Their couteos and I have a great Dr. Castonon!!

They call nurses, doctors and they have never answered a phone call EVER. I think they forgot who they serve.

Never answers phone, rude staff, receptionist are there to just collect a paycheck, not help anyone!

This place has its problems. When they lose a doctor and get new one, that is when more issues arise. Obviously, nothing they can do about people leaving. New doctors coming in should try to get to know their patients… before changing their medications. Or at least meet them in person for a patient visit first. Psychiatry has been a joke since the last doctor left. Tavares clinic does have some excellent and caring nurses and doctors. Lab is hit or miss with kindness. Parking isn’t the greatest, but there’s always a spot somewhere. I couldn’t stand this place a few years ago. I couldn’t ever get through the phone line. That has since gotten better. I will be sad when my doctor leaves.

Been sitting here for three hours waiting on disability claim assistance! VA has not improved!

I went here to get my eyes checked out and get eyeglasses, Miriam and Robin were so helpful,.caring, and answered all my questions! Thank you for your service!

The white secretary should be fired she lies and will be rude and disrespectful I need to set an appointment with a doctor there so I can get my surviving spouse benefits and she won't let me make an appointment pls… someone here help 😭😭

These people are both incompetent and disrespectful. Great combination.

Love this clinic. Moved from the Clermont location and Tavares location is 1000x better. Dr. Luz is lovely and the females in the lab are the best!

Great doctors and staff

I have been calling for a week nonstop, 5 times a day, and it keeps ringing. No one will answer the phone to help me.

Never answer the phone, other then that very pleased called three times today and rang until it disconnected.
