Therapeutic Day Rehab Program (Shepparton)

I’m incredibly grateful for the Cottage Rehab and the support they provide. Their 12-step program gives people structure, accountability, and the tools they need to work toward a healthier and more positive life. What… really stands out is that they don’t just focus on recovery while you’re in the program—they also help people prepare to reintegrate into the community and become independent, responsible members of society. The encouragement, guidance, and sense of community can make a huge difference during such an important stage of recovery. I highly recommend The Cottage Rehab to anyone looking for a supportive environment and a program that genuinely cares about helping people build a better future. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers for their support during my recovery.

Was there in 2018 till 2019 12 months an it changed my life for the better

I was a resident at the cottage for a few months can honestly say the only reason I couldn't complete the program was due to how badly it was ran there was one staff member particular that's was so unprofessional… continuesly crossed the line preeched everyday to follow guidelines but broke every single one of them made his own rules as he went bullied and gossiped to residents about other residents person and confidential information he creates his own narrative by concocting lies to benefit himself only very disappointing how in no way is he there or offers any support to any residents serious about the program and wanting recovery from IV been made aware recently that he is a relative of the manager witch may explain how this behaviour is excepted and being sweepted under the rug The cost involved to go to the cottage I was expecting support leadership from the staff as they them selfs are recovering addicts Don't get me wrong some staff there are genuinely there for the right reasons a few inperticlar Clint Mikayla Matty but utterly disgusted that someone who has been on this side could be so harmful in another's recovery honestly Jake should not play such a big role at the cottage

I was a former intake at this place, I’ve got to say it’s very poorly ran, the staff are currupt and pick favourites, and they make fun of people, a lot of bullying and it was coming from staff mostly, they are always… trying to kick people out clearly to just wash miney thru and off to the next I think, the staff there I believe only one of them actually cares about your health and well-being the others are just rude and very disrespectful, especially one worker in particular with the name “Jake” but other then that the na meetings are good but if your looking for a place to recover I wouldn’t recommend at all!

Great place to get the help you need. Some good workers with fine knowledge, recommended for anyone needing help with their recovery. Their group sessions are courteous, friendly and enjoyable. Their encouragement and… their discipline go hand-in-hand, this is what we need more of. For all of those who want help, need help, seek it here.
